Lyra Potter touched her lower abdomen as she felt a sharp bump from inside. The brunette smiled softly as she rubbed her hand on her belly. She was in her second trimester with their fourth child, and she still thought marrying Ezra Cade was the best decision she ever made. She loved him and the life they had built together despite it being the opposite of what she had imagined she would have ten years ago. It was funny how things worked out sometimes.

Lyra was in the kitchen cutting crusts off of three peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for the twins and their three year old brother. She hummed a tune under her breath as she put the sandwiches on plates for the kids. Lately, Lyra had been considering becoming reacclimatized with the wizarding world. She knew the kids would be starting school in just a few years, so she couldn’t tune it out forever. She’d talked to Ezra about it, and he’d been supportive. He’s never left magic behind in the same way Lyra had. A change might not be so bad.
