Liusaidh had been exceedingly surprised to receive the prefect badge in the post, as had everyone else in her family. Her brother Aonghas had never been prefect and he'd been well behaved. Rory hadn't gotten it. Her half brother Graeme had but she didn't care about him, so he didn't matter. His child was cute though. Overall, it had been a surprised to just about everyone, that Liusaidh of all people had received a prefect badge. And of course, predictable, she had been insufferable about ever since, wearing it around the home, pretending to take points off people, swiping wands and just being annoying. But now she was back at school with the prefect badge being worn with everything. Liusaidh was sure that she wouldn't still have the badge by the end of the year, Professor's parting gift to the school would likely end with her doing something and the new head of house taking it off her, but until then, she was going to be the worst about it.
Liusaidh was sat at the Slytherin table, the prefect badge clearly on show and was smiling as she got food. She kept telling kids to slow down, had swiped something off a first years plate by saying it was a prefect tax and was absolutely brimming with energy to just be the worst with it. She could barely keep still with how much joy this simple thing was bringing her. She would be the worst with it, and the most annoying, but Liusaidh knew she'd have the prefect badge for a fun time not a long time.
