It was probably easier to start looking around the Great Hall, thought Renata, in order to find people - especially around mealtimes. Especially when they were students she wasn't too aware of. She knew Quidditch players, and she had a pretty good idea of all the Hufflepuffs, but younger students from other houses she didn't know too well. She'd asked around to get a vague idea of who this boy was, but all she could really do was look for younger looking students and hope she found the right person. "Hello! I have a rose for Emery Mettlestone?"

Emery had sort of forgotten about the roses entirely until he saw everyone walking around with them. He had decided to hurry up with his breakfast, hoping to avoid the rush. But then his name was called, and Emery's cheeks turned slightly pink. He hated calling attention to himself. "Here." He muttered, raising his hand a bit.

Renata smiled, pulling out the yellow rose and note and handing it over to the boy after she approached him. "Here you go! Happy Valentine's!"
