Y38 Ilvermorny Practice S2

AJ felt a little bad he'd messed up Hyun's shot at goal, even if it hadn't been on purpose. He readied his bat though, keeping an eye out for the bludgers coming his way.
 
Eli hit a bludger away from the younger seeker, though it didn't hit anyone.
 
Abigail felt some sympathy for Hyun as his attempt to score was ruined by a bludger, her own side still hurt pretty bad. But she still took the chance to grab he quaffle again and fly to the other side of the pitch.
 
AJ drifted away from Hope, trying to go after a passing bludger. He wasn't able to hit it before it shot off further away and AJ wasn't willing to chase it just yet.
 
Micha's legs were falling asleep as he hovered over the pitch and he started swinging them back and forth, hoping some feeling would come back to them just incase he spotted the snitch soon.
 
Spotting an incoming bludger heading for Hope, AJ moved to intercept, knocking it cleaning away and into @Adam Everett. Maybe that would help make up for him hitting the chasers so far.

Micha sighed and started to wonder if the snitch had been released at all.
 
AJ could remember a time he would have been terrified to hit Adam or Eli, and now he'd just knocked a bludger into both of them. Things just didn't seem as dire as they used to with their last game on the horizon, it was freeing in fact.
 
Micha decided it was time to try a different strategy and few lower to the ground. He went slowly, probably a little too slowly, around the edge of the field hoping to see something.
 
AJ took another swing at a bludger, trying to hit it back towards Eli again. It was a wobbly hit though, and even if it got close to Eli, it would be easy to hit away again.
 
Hyun grumbled about his miss, but tried to shake it off, rubbing his side a couple of times before flying after the young chaser as she caught the quaffle.
 
AJ was feeling pretty good about practice so far, but he was starting to feel sore, especially in his arms. He hadn't practiced nearly enough over the holidays, so used to not having another game to prep for.
 
As the practice started Hope quickly mounted her broom for the search for the snitch. Smiling to AJ for an moment as she felt safe around him for bludgers. She needed to practice well for the game and her last game with Ilvermorny.
 
As she continued she tried to keep an good eye on something gold. But also for an bludger. She hated those.
 
AJ returned Hope's smile, staying close enough to her he hoped he could fend off any incoming bludgers.
 
Micha was looking for a sign, an sign of the snitch. But he was finding nothing. He glanced at Hope, wondering if she had a better strategy but if she did he couldn't figure it out.
 
Hope spotted Micha but he didn’t seemed too be noticing the snitch too. She tried to flew a bit lower to check there.
 
AJ hung back to take a swing at a bludger, watching with a frown as it wobbled away harmlessly.
 
Eli tried to hit a bludger at Hope, but it went off course and hit AJ instead. Probably because he was busy trying to be heroic or something.

Abigail beamed as she managed to score again. She was on a roll, no bludger was going to slow her down.
 
AJ felt his teeth click together when Eli knocked a bludger into him, this time he wasn't fast enough to deflect it.
 
Hope sighted as she still saw no sign. Hopefully she would have some luck.
 
AJ felt a twinge as he swung his bat at the passing bludger, chalking it up to the hit he'd taken earlier along with being out of practice. The bludger didn't seem bothered though, clattering into his bat and straight past him as it carried on its way.
 
Lucas still wasn't used to being at a practice without Einar. He didn't like it. He was happy they were a couple now- it explained a lot of things that Lucas hadn't understood. He kicked off into the air with the others, giving them room to work. Eventually though, he caught the quaffle as it was a thrown back in. He began to circle back towards Adam.
 
Rounding back on the bludger he'd just hit, AJ swung harder this time, satisfied as it sailed off towards the chasers, knocking into @Lucas Ames just as he took possession.
