Fletcher was glad that tryouts seemed to have gone well, and she was hopeful that their team would be strong enough to compete with Hogwarts when the time came. Theo and the seventh year had discussed at length about who would be best suited for each position, and they hoped they'd picked good candidates for the new year. As she made her way down to the pitch, dressed and ready to practise with a new set of students, she wanted to see how they would work in their new environment. It was Fletchers final year at the school, and she really didn't want to let anybody down.

OOCOut of Character:
Just arrivals for now please! Practise will begin in the next day or so and will be open for two weeks

Orélie had never been one for team sports before, but with her other friends on the team, she figured it should be a good time. Besides, if it also meant they might get to go to New Zealand as part of the season, even better. She wished Nadine would have mentioned the travel perk sooner, she would have been ready to sign up ages ago. Arriving at the pitch, Orélie did wish there was a more casual way to walk around holding a broom, but she'd learn to work with. She gave Fletcher a quick hello before scanning the pitch to see who else on the team was actually on time.

Grace was really excited for another year of Quidditch. She was also really happy that she was already on the team and didn’t have to deal with being an alternate. She would be bored out of mind for sure. She arrived to the pitch brightly, noticing she was one of the first few team members to arrive to practice. "Hey Caps," she chirped to Fletcher and Theodore before she went to stand with her teammates, itching to be in the air.

Bijoux was more excited about today than she had expected to be. She had come into Quidditch just seeing it as means to an end, the easiest way to get herself to New Zealand, but now... the tryout had actually been pretty fun, and somehow she had made the team with all of her friends, and Bijoux wasn't gonna waste that experience by not enjoying it. She beamed as she joined the assembled teammates, leaning on Orélie slightly as she waited for the practice to begin.

Mualla was beaming all the way down to the Quidditch pitch. While she was just still an alternate on the team, her parents seemed to happy with the position which in turn made the girl happy as well, for if her parents hadn't approved of her waiting to try out for the team, she'd most like be moping around again while the team was practising. She greeted the team members with a wave when she arrived at the pitch and waited with them for the others to arrive also.

Nadine always loved Quidditch practice, but today was extra exciting. She still couldn't believe her friends had all made the team. Now she was chasers with Orélie and Simone, with Bijoux guarding the hoops. It felt perfect. Nadine grinned at Fletcher as she arrived. "Congrats on getting captain!" She told the girl happily before hading over to her friends. "Just follow my lead." She told her friends confidently. "I'm sure you'll get the hang of it soon enough."

Amelie was glad to be a part of the team. She was fine with being an alternate since it was all new to her. Moving from Hogwarts NZ to here was a big change, but nothing something she regret. But she missed her sister a bit, but now she had finally time to do something for herself. The brunette joined the team on the field and smiled. '' Hi guys!'' Amelie said with a smile as she joined them on the pitch. She could not wait to start.

Simone walked as quickly as she could to the quidditch pitch. She had promised Nadine she wouldn't be late, but she had lost track of time. She did her best to walk fast across the school grounds without actually running and looking like a totally idiot. When she finally arrived she was relieved that practice hadn't actually started yet. She gave a mock salute to the captain before grinning at her friends and walking over to them.
