Wrong Table, Oh Well!

Dan made his way down to the great hall and sat at the Hufflepuff table. He buttered himself a slice of toast and smiled. He still couldn't quite comprehend that he was at a Wizarding school. Wow. Sure, he had expected it all his life, but it was still quite a shock to the system. There were a few people arond him, but they all seemed to be a bit older than he was. He'd maybe talk to some of them later, he did recognise a few of the prefects. Rhyspa, Violet, Lemina, Njord. They were all really nice, she just didn't really know them well. Or rather, at all. She doubted any of them knew his name. He was, after all, just another first year.

Sukie waltzed into the dining hall quite cheerfully. He was whistling a happy little tune to himself; he couldn't whistle very well, though, so it mostly just resulted in obnoxious little sounds. He didn't care. Things were looking very much up for him. He surveyed the people who were there to see if he wanted to join any of them; at breakfast, they could occasionally get away with sitting at tables not their own. Everyone looked thoroughly hung over and anti-social, which didn't surprise him.

Sukie decided to walk over to the Hufflepuff table and wait if his best friend Alexia would be coming down for breakfast. Sukie didn't really mind having his two best friends from Gryffindor and Hufflepuff, and both were girls. It didn't really matter to him anyway.

Making his way towards the Hufflepuff table, Sukie sighed when he noticed Alexia wasn't there. Nevertheless, he decided to wait for her. Surveying the Hufflepuff table once more, he noticed a boy surrounded by some f his senior. Sukie watched him, he did look like he was a little uneasy. Sukie walked over to him and sat opposite him.

"Morning," he said with a big smile, grabbing a chocolate muffin from the table.
