🌹 Rose Giving Written in Orange (Red)

Finley had decided that he didn't want to be chasing people down all day and so he'd essentially decided to camp out in the great hall for the people he needed to find, it seemed to be working for him as he approached the Hufflepuff table to find his next target. "Are you Dominic? This is for you," he said, holding out the red rose with the note attached.​

Dominic never really participated in Valentine's Day, mostly because he didn't have anyone to celebrate it with. He hadn't even given anyone a rose this year, mostly because he was distracted by all his studies. When he was approached by a small Gryffindor boy holding a rose out to him, he had to glance over his shoulder for a moment to wonder if he was perhaps talking to someone else named Dominic. The teen didn't even know how the boy knew it was him. "Yeah... Thanks." he said with a small smile as he took the red rose. He had never received a red red before and suddenly became nervous for what the note would say. As he saw it was Amodeus, he took a small sigh of relief and smiled. He was very thankful for such a nice gift and suddenly felt terrible that he hadn't sent one to his friend as well. He'd have to thank him some how else. "Have a good Valentine's Day." he said to the first year, who probably had more roses to deliver.
