Closed With You

Allison had debated long and hard about going to this dance. But in the end, how could she not? She refused to cry as she slipped into her dress. Going dress shopping had been one of the last things she had done with her mother. Allison wished Addison had gone with them, but she had been out with their father. Allison spent a little extra time taking care of her hair and makeup, and eventually she was ready. She walked down the stairs of her dorm, her hands gripping the fabric tightly and her entire body tense. She stopped, looking around the common room for her date.

For a long time, Thomas wasn't sure if he would have to go to the ball this year or not. Of course, it was a dilemma to go alone or with Allison. Of course, he had prepared a suit and also thought about his appearance. On this one night, Thomas decided to change the way their appearance. With a small spell, he had made his long hair shorter. Everything seemed perfect. Then he went downstairs to the common room, where Allison was already waiting for him. ''Hello! You look very beautiful.'' He said, then approached her and kissed her.

Allison relaxed a little when Thomas appeared, giving her a compliment and a kiss. She let out a soft sigh, leaning into him and taking comfort in his warmth. "Thank you. You look handsome yourself," she returned the compliment, before leaning back and running a hand into his hair. "This looks nice, did you really cut it?" She asked, almost worried for a moment that he had. It looked good, it was cute. She just knew she wouldn't be able to play with it anymore, and that made her pout just a touch.
