It was fall. But was it autumn?

Snow gazed slowly at the falling leaves from the tall trees at the far side of the great lawn. Her lips pursed into a sort of grimace, though it failed to make her look ugly. She was holding her painting materials and was getting ready to paint. But she could not. She could find no good model and the afternoon seemed to be a little blue.

By 'blue', Snow meant a little too cloudy to be an autumn afternoon. "It should be red." she grunted softly as she was looking up at the sky. No later than she expected, the rain started to pour. It gave a gasp from Snow, and people glanced at her direction as though they were expecting her to be attacked by someone. "Oh... Sorry." she muttered, lowering her head in embarrassment. It was a wise thing to do, because her pale cheeks became so red, anyone would think she had a fever.

Despite the rain and the wispy wind that marked the coming winter, Snow stayed hunched over her painting materials, as though she was not aware of the falling rain. But really, it calmed her, the rain. Someone might think she was sick and that she could not stand up, but Snow can. Only that she loved the cold feeling of the trickling water on her skin so much that she couldn't just leave.

Hillary had a huge smile on her face. She had seen She loved getting wet. And going in to the rain was just being able to get wet without having to go in to a body of water. She spun around, laughing. She noticed a girl nearby who looked her age. She looked like she was painting. Hillary ran over, still grinning.

"Hey there," she said.

Oh my. Sorry, I forgot this thread.

Snow looked round her and saw a girl wearing Hufflepuff uniform. Of course Snow didn't have anything against the Puffs, though she was well aware that they're mostly being underestimated in Hogwarts. "Hello." Snow greeted with a pretty smile. She walked towards the girl, almost unaware of the rain. "Aren't you feeling cold?" she asked. Now she realized how dumb she looks now that she was under the rain, having a chit chat with another girl who seemed to look as dumb as her. Snow grinned childishly and held the girl's arm. "Let's go to the shade." she suggested, waited no reply, and pulled the girl to the shade.
