Corella Ashley was more than happy to be back in the warm weather that New Zealand had to offer her for her school break. Though she only had a month, soaking up the sun and occasional down pour in New Zealand sounded like quite the plan for the teen aged girl. She and Hawk had decided a warm vacation away from Paris was the best option for the two, especially since the brunette hated the chill of the fall season. She did miss the snow that sometimes came to their home in the mountains in the early months of winter, and late months of fall. The woman came down from her hotel room in something that Hawk would never agree with, her belly button piercing visible. To natives it probably looked strange, as they found it too cold to dress as she did, but Corella enjoyed the way the weather felt on her skin.

As she reached the pavillion - front - of her hotel she searched for someone, anyone. Her cool brown eyes were hidden behind shades to give her fleeting glances a way to hide as she searched for the perfect person to guide her around. Someone young, taller than her, cute. A few feet away, there he stood, and she made her way over. "Excuse me!" She called with a grand smile on her peach colored lips.

Decimus had been visiting his family in New Zealand, and was doing it the first time by himself. Even his twin didn't go with him. He was feeling very lonely. There was only so much time he could spend with his extended family, so he was sat by himself, his head on the palms of his hands. He wondered what he was going to do all day. Decimus wondered what his twin was doing, but knew that Malachai probably didn't care about what Decimus was doing. He found it frustrating to admire someone so much who just didn't give any care back. He looked up to his older twin, but Malachai hardly had any spare thoughts for Decimus. However, Decimus' thoughts were stopped when he saw a lovely girl standing in front of him. "Um, hi?"

Corella looked over the man and with a perky smile sat down right next to him, not one who was aware of personal space it seemed. "I'm Corella." Her heavy French accent should have been enough to allude to where she was from, but still she stated it within her introduction. "I'm from France and this is my first time visiting this area of New Zealand. And you looked like you needed company, or maybe you liked being alone. I don't know, either way you know, I've got nothing to do and could use someone who knows the area. Not that I'm sure if you know this are - oh I'm just rambling. Wanna hang out or something?" She finally ended her sentence, her crackling voice not faltering or stuttering once. Corella's habit of rambling was not from nerves, or rather a common occurrence as her brain ran at double the speed of her mouth, causing her to speak more than she needed.
