Kumiko Tanaka was still in disbelief. She was actually, really, for honest to Merlin, with child. She still couldn't fathom any of this. She knew that marrying would mean that she was to become pregnant at some point, but not at this point in time. She thought she had taken all possible precautions against this. She couldn't have a child now, she was too busy. The Scitorari was important to her, what good was she to them, pregnant? She could hardly do much if she was to be expected to stay to care for the child, unborn as it was at the moment. She didn't know what it was, nor did she care. She didn't particularly want it. Maybe she could give it to Hikari to raise? No, that was not an option, she would be expected to raise this child on her own, of course with a little help from her husband, but Jin was often times more busy then she was, he was much higher in his business then she was in hers. The worst part however, was that she has only been married for four months. She was five months pregnant. If her parents ever found out that she was pregnant out of marriage, they would kill her. Well, not really, but she would definitely be shunned. She didn't want to be shunned, she liked her nice and comfortable life as it was.

Reaching Hikari's house, Kumiko planted a smile on her face and knocked on the door. She was already showing, but she was wearing a rather loose fitting dress that would hopefully keep her secret at bay for a short time. Well, Hikari was extremely observant, but Kumiko would much rather her pregnancy not be the first topic of discussion this day. "Sister! It is Kumiko. Are you busy now, may we visit?"

With Noah off with his habits and hobbies, Hikari finally had some time with her children. She loved Noah, and enjoyed helping him with his potions and mafia business, but she much preferred to focus on her family and the Scitorari. Muggles made her feel sick and she had no desire to go near them, or let her children near them. With Raiden getting his fingers into everything, with his younger brother Akira, and little Rin sleeping soundly in her crib, Hikari was feeling quite relaxed. They were quiet, but had their highly curious moments - well, the boys did. Rin was simply a couple months old and far too young to be any sort of active. Hika sighed to herself, sipping a glass of lemon water. However, when she heard someone knock on her door, she stood up, and made her way over. The pure blood did not like having visitors. She didn't like them, she much preferred to be with her family in solitude, not having visitors walking in and out of her home as if they had some special right to do so. However, she quickly changed her tune when she heard a familiar voice. She tore the door open, careful not to spill her beverage, and hugged Kumiko. "It is good to see you," she said, squeezing her big sister. However, her arms quickly dropped when her sister seemed to have acquired some mass since they had last seen each other.

"Kumi..." she began, nodding for her sister to follow her into the house. "I can't help but notice that you're... radiant, as they say." She gestured to the seat in the kitchen. "Does Mother know? How did this happen? You know they will be very displeased. Why are you bringing me into this?" She didn't need to know the details. All Hikari needed to know was that her sister was far more pregnant than she should be, and she did not want to hear that it wasn't a pureblood child, otherwise Kumiko would have to get out of her house. She was not putting up with this again.
