Where can muggles post?

Hiya!

Can muggles post in the 'wizarding world' forum, aslong as it's not obviously a magical place (e.g Brightstone Village, Beauxbatons etc.). But if it's somewhere like London...

Yes, your permission mask allows you to post in those places, so you can.
Just as long as you make sure, like you said, that it isn't magical places they're trying to RP in.
