Chase sat on the Garden bench of his new house's back garden as he sipped at a can of 7up. The sun was shining warmly down on to him, and with everyone out the house Chase saw it as the perfect time to sit back and relax. He put some music on the radio, as he watched a Butterfly flutter around the garden.

Sorry it's rubbish. :p

Caysi was happy today, actually extremely happy. She had just returned from Jamaica with her best friend Riley. Caysi of course considered him as her best friend, seeing as she had strong feelings for him. " Good morning Chase, how are you?" She said happily as she entered the backyard with her coffee.

Chase was surprised to hear the sound of his older sister's voice. He turned round in his chair. "Cays!!!" Chase asked excitably, he always looked forward to seeing his sister again. She led a busy life and so did he, so every time they saw each other, it was a pleasure. Which meant that they were very close as Brother and Sister. Chase stood up and out-stretched his arms, before hugging Caysi. Chase was a cuddly person. "I'm pretty good thanks...just relaxing...how are you? You alright?" Chase asked with a wide smile on his face as he took his seat again.

Caysi smiled as she hugged her brother back. " I missed you while I was gone on vacation." The blonde said as she sat right beside Chase. " I'm really good, just a little bit tired but I can fix that." Caysi laughed quietly. " How about you? Are you ok?" She asked, Caysi didn't see Chase too much, so she needed to see how he was and make sure that everything is alright.

Chase was happy to have his sister back home with him. He had truly missed her company and it was great to see her again. "I'm great thanks. How was Vacation? Have a good time?" Chase asked. He had been a little jealous that Caysi had gotten to go away for a bit, but Chase had enjoyed having the house to himself a couple of days a week, it meant he could explore his new home a little further without feeling like he was being an intruder.

Caysi nodded, she had had a good time, but also a bad time as well. How would she explain that? Caysi sighed as she took a sip of her coffee, it was ok out, seeing as it was just spring and the temperature was just rising. " There's a lot that happened Chase." She said looking around the big backyard. Of course the house was nothing like her fathers, but this was her house and she was getting used to it, since she had only been in it for a year. " Thank you for watching April, I hope she wasn't a terrible little girl." Caysi laughed.

Chase was a little confused when Caysi told him that a lot had happened. He wondered whether that was a good thing or a bad thing. "Hey it's alright, she's been wonderful to look after...an absolute treasure." Chase told Caysi with a smile. "Anyway Cays...what do you mean by 'there's a lot that happened?' You didn't go kiss some boy did you?" Chase asked, kind of jokingly, but hoping nothing/no-one had hurt his sister. He would stick by her through thick and thin. Chase always remembered that the pair of them were once best-friends, and them being brother and sister didn't change that one tiny bit.

Caysi laughed at her brother, it was a bit comical to hear him say that. " Well.. I did." The blonde haired girl laughed. " Remember the guy that I went with?" She asked giving Chase a smile. " I think ... that I'm in love with him." She said with a confused face. Hopefully her brother could help her out with this.

A smile grew on Chase's face as Caysi told him that she had infact kissed a boy. "Ohhh Yeah You Mean Riley?" Chase interrupted, before hearing the rest of what his older sister had to say. "Aww so Cays is in love." Chase teased, ruffling Caysi's hair-up before smiling sweetly at her. "So have you told him that you love him?" He asked, wondering if the two had gotten together over their time away together.

Caysi laughed and fluffed her hair up, " Chase, I told him that I loved him and he basically said that he didn't love me that way back." The blonde said pursing her lips. " And I just can't let go Chase." She said sighing.

Chase hugged Caysi as she told her that Riley didn't love her back. "Hey you'll be alright Cays...Besides Riley's a pretty hot guy...all the girls will be after him..." Chase added on, trying to make his sister feel better. "But you just need to be the one to make him realise that you're the one for him..." Chase suggested. He had kept it secret until now, but Chase calling guys hot was no rare thing. Chase had made up his mind recently. He was gay, he liked boys, and he needed to tell someone, maybe he could tell Caysi. "Cays..." Chase began a little awkwardly. "You know I wasn't joking about Riley being hot...don't you..." He said, being serious for a moment. He had met Riley on the odd occasion, when Chase thought he was straight, but it wasn't until now that Chase realised that he was beginning to find boys more attractive than girls. "I hope you're alright with that...you know..." Chase finished there, hoping Caysi would get the jist. Caysi had confided in Chase, so the confused teenager figured that he could trust her to accept him for who he was.

Caysi hugged her brother back, " I don't know how to make him realise that." She said softly as little tears were in her eyes. " What?" She said looking at Chase. Then she understood it, he was gay. " Oh, that's wonderful!" She said with a big grin on her face. Caysi hugged her brother back tight. " I'm happy that you know that." She smiled happily for him. " I'm extremely alright with that!" Caysi said smiling with a grin on her face. " Chase, help me?" The blonde looked over at her brother, hoping that he could help her with Riley.

Chase was glad that Caysi was okay with him being gay, but he hadn't ignored the tears fill up in her eyes. "Thanks Cays...but don't cry over Riley ey?" He said, giving her a sympathetic smile. "Come on Sis, I know you...you have a way of solving everything...but I'll do all that I can to help you." Chase thought for a minute. He didn't exactly know what she should do, but he would do his best. Chase understood boys, maybe he could try and get inside Riley's mind. "Think about how it is for us boys...so many beautiful girls.....and in my case Boys to look at...but we are only meant to have one...ever since some idiot created this thing called love...which means we have to find that special someone." Chase paused for a second. "Riley's probably very confused right now...much like I am...except I don't think Riley's gay..." Chase joked, he wasn't much good with tears, but he could certainly make people laugh. Laughing was no problem. "Just keep being yourself around him...he knows how you feel about him...it just takes time Cays..." Chase trailed off. In the days when he was straight he had been lucky enough to have a girlfriend...they didn't last long but Chase knew for sure that it took him ages to find the confidence to tell her how he truly felt about her.

Caysi pursed her lips together, " No need to cry." She said going over and hugging him with tears in her eyes now. " I actually don't know if he has feelings for me or if he doesn't." She shrugged her shoulders. " He said that he likes me, but he doesn't want to hurt me.. confusing much?" She said sitting down on a chair. " I don't know what to do anymore, I think that I'm just going to give it my all and just truly be me." The blonde nodded. " Nothing can truly happen.. if I.. just be me?.. Right?" She asked with a confusing smile. " Love.. I was in love once.. and only once and I ruined that by leaving.. now I'll never get that back." She shrugged her shoulders. " But who knew if that was love.. truly... too many other feelings, and immitations." Caysi sighed.

Chase felt bad for his sister as she began to cry. He hugged her back, wiping the tears from her eyes with his thumb as he pulled away. "Cays...what'd I say about no cryin'?" Chase joked, giving his sister something to giggle at. Chase smiled as Caysi began to look at the positives instead of the negatives. "That's more like it, you just be yourself...forget about the past love lives Cays...just be who you want to be NOW...the past is in the past...so leave it there...alright? I want you to start afresh, and get Riley to realise that you're the girl for him, no-one else, you're the one he deserves." Chase said encouragingly. He wasn't sure if it helped at all, but Chase giggled a little at his mini-speech, it was unlike him. But Chase would do anything for his family, especially Caysi, who was his best-friend as well as his sister.

Caysi nodded, Chase was absoloutley right. " No need to dwell in the past." She stated. " I'm going to make him see that.. well I'm Caysi Finnigan and I'm awesome." She gave a huge grin. " Thank you Chase, I think that you should be a therapist." Caysi said jokingly, she could really only joke with her brother. " What would I do without you?" She asked looking at him.

Chase laughed at Caysi. "Hey that's alright sis...but I dunno about the therapist career..." Chase trailed off joking. He was glad that his sister seemed to be clearing herself up now. "Oh I dunno...what Would you do?" Chase asked sarcastically.
