Ares had come to watch the Houses practising for their upcoming game against each other, nibbling at some chicken on a skewer that he'd brought with him to keep him going until dinner time. He missed playing Quidditch, since he had basically played on a team before, he would have been really great if he was playing for Gryffindor, but since his parents had pulled him out of school they'd essentially ruined any chance he ever had of making it professionally. At least it gave the other students a chance.
The third year had been watching the Hufflepuff's practise their techniques, which was frankly one of the most entertaining things he'd seen in a long time. Juniper looked as though she wasn't sure whether or not she should be on the pitch, some of the team looked too small to even be riding a broomstick, and Freddie's sister? Well, Ares had cackled when he realised that was in fact Freddie's sister. Gods, he couldn't wait to tell people what the Captain had decided to do to her hair, although he supposed it was very fitting and went exceedingly well with the rest of her fashion choices. No one would miss her walking down a corridor that was for sure. As Susie finally hit a bludger, he wolf whistled in between mouthfuls of chicken. Out of encouragement, of course.
