Welcome to the Jungle

Arnaud was getting rather tired of this. He still stood inches away from the man's face, ready to punch him right in his face. He didn't look at Ainslee as she spoke up again, he was still breathing in and out. Arnaud wasn't quite sure what happened but when Ainslee told Caden that she was having fun with the love of life, his cheeks started to burn red. The Obliviator turned his head to face her for a second before looking back at his rival. Ainslee continued talking and although he and his mind were still thinking about what she had said moments ago, when she took out her wand and told them to calm down or she would hex them both, Arnaud blinked and looked over at Ainslee again. She wasn't going to do that, not whilst being watched by Muggles. He didn't look back when she once again threatened the man before him go get out of here whilst he still had the chance to do so.

As soon as Caden snorted, Arnaud clutched his right hand into a fist once more. He listened to whatever the man before him had to say, actually hoping that Caden would say something that would make him angry enough to punch his rival against his face, and he did exactly that when Granger said that Arnaud indeed didn't love Ainslee. Without thinking about it, Arnaud swung his right fist and hit Caden against the jaw and pushed him backwards to indicate that he was done with the man and wanted to fight him. ''You're done for, Granger.'' he told the man, it was as if Arnaud had a black out because he didn't care about anyone anymore, he didn't care if the Ministry would fire him if he eventually got his wand out, he didn't care what Ainslee would think of him. Caden had gotten under his skin just like he used to do, and before Caden even had the chance to hit him, the Obliviator went for another hit against the man's jaw.

It was rather a second too late until she had register what was going on. Caden was punched in the face twice already. Ainslee was looking around nervously, people were looking. Some have their mobile phones out taking videos, the woman has to do something. Ainslee loves her job despite having a hard time with it thus magic is not an option to break up the fight. She almost ran toward Arnaud and put herself between the two men. Ainslee put both her hands on Arnaud's chest, stopping him to go further for another strike. "Stop! He's not worth it." it wasn't his friends fault. Caden was out of the line and maybe he deserved to be punched but Ainslee was still concern.

She went to turn around to face Caden and got a glimpse of the little girl on the sideline. She'd been crying and that got her, "Caden, just go, please." Ainslee told the blonde man. She face Arnaud again and slowly buried her face on his chest. She just wants to stay there forever if she can and all the worries in the world would be gone. "You're better than this. You should have stand down." Her voice breaking again.

Still adoring Ainslee for one last time, the man felt a fist just landed on his face and a push that seems to have just made him back a few feet away from them. Then another that made him go down the ground. Caden looked up, anger in his eyes but before he can even stand up, Ainslee was already in the way telling him to go. He can't back down now, but the woman seems to have an effect on him. Caden stood up while wiping his lips with the back of his hand, blood smeared on it. "You'll never have her. I'll make sure of that." His final words before walking toward his niece. Caden carried Violet and exit the zoo while cameras stared at them. He smirked, he knew Devlin would see this, Let's see what he thinks of the news Caden thought to himself, thinking he might have one this time.

If Ainslee hadn't hold him back, Arnaud would've tried to hit Caden again for sure. ''Oh shut up, shithead.'' he said softly after the man he just punched left the zoo with his niece besides him. Arnaud slowly became his calm self again whilst the girl he liked was crying on his chest. He rubbed her on her back and whispered that all was fine now. ''Come on, we're going too.'' the twenty-four year old said to Ainslee, he didn't want to be in the zoo any longer. Arnaud let her go and smiled at the girl as he whiped her tears away. He walked over to their table, gathered their stuff and walked back to Ainslee, ready to leave the Wellington Zoo and forget about his encounter with Caden Granger.
