With a wave of his hand, Austiin continued to pack away his things. He had been planning to move for some time. He was going to move closer to Lexi, that would make things easier. It was nice to be able to rebuild their friendship when most of his other close friends had fallen. However, it was hard to clean when there were three children running around. Sure, one was about ten, but that didn't mean he was any help. Tommy often kept to himself. However, Oliver and Wynter were two and quite happy to run around and get their hands into everything. Austiin was sure he was going to have to stickytape them to the wall or something, just to keep them at bay. Oliver and Wynter just wanted to play with him, because he was usually open to playing with them, but right now was not the time to play. He had to pack up all of this stuff and get it into his new house within the week. Sure, this was made easier by magic, but it turns out that two two year old's would make everything hard to accomplish, even with magic.
For the second time, Austiin picked Wynter up and put her in the playpen. She kept on climbing out and he wasn't sure how. He scanned the lounge room, looking for a small brunette hiding among the boxes. Oliver had to be here somewhere, small children didn't just disappear, no matter how fast they were. He tilted his head when he heard someone ruffling through something. He walked passed some boxes and put his hands on his hips. There was Oliver, eating his photos. Did he really have to do that? What was Lexi teaching him to do, eat everything Austiin owned? Just yesterday Austiin found the small boy eating his cutlery. His cutlery! "Oliver, get that out of your mouth." He plucked the photo's from the young boys hands and examined them, his face scowling. They were of Cameron, him and a few other people. He rolled his eyes and threw the photo's over his shoulder. He would just destroy them at a later day. Cameron decided that this was best, and Austiin was perfectly happy with giving up on him. He was over working hard on relationship stuff. It was better to just be single. He didn't have to worry about all the hard work that came with partners. He had his family, that was enough for him.
He returned to packing, only to remember that he forgot to put Oliver away. He frowned to himself and began searching for the boy once more. This was impossible. He heard a knock at the door and pursed his lips. Who was that? He began to walk towards the door, but spotted Oliver sitting in front of it. He frowned. "Oliver Cameron Mckenna-Hayes, you put that vase down!" It was his favourite. Austiin possibly loved that vase more than his arm. He quickly scooped up the toddler and removed the vase from his grasp. "Do not touch everything you see." He put the vase on the ground and opened the door, Oliver on his hip. "Yeah-Cameron?" He was taken by surprise, and his face showed it. He hadn't expected to see Cam again, and he wasn't entirely sure how he felt about this situation.
