We really need to talk

Ares walked into the Entrance Hall and paced unsure of what to do. Finally sat down and just waited, Hoshi had to pass by here some time.

 

[Hoshi Icchihara]

Hoshi did walk though here as it was nessery to get the the front lawn. She saw Ares and stopped. She knew what this was about. Gossip Girl was at it again. She had spread it that Hoshi had kissed Ivan and was never letting go of Henric Lee. Ivan had been a pass time. She hardly remembered his name let alone kissing him. Henric on the other hand. That was a diffrent story. She was doing sort of a happy dance after what happened around midnight after the Yule Ball.

"I take it you saw that little Miss Champion Runner wrote." She said with her hands on her heavely belted hips. Ares was a friend but she was not saying sorry about anything she had done. Hoshi usually never did.

As Ares saw Hoshi he hesitated for a moment than ran his hand through his hair and stood up. "So is it true?" he asked, although he wasnt sure if he'd believe her if she denied it.

 

[Hoshi Icchihara]

Hoshi looked at her black polished nailes then back at Ares. "Yeah it is. Some of my friends now about Henric Lee. It's a subject that's not mentioned around me. Please honor this and not mention him either. Henric a wound I'd reather not have reopened." She said crossing her arms over her chest. Yes Hoshi had gotten her little victory but the mention of his name was from another was still painful to her.

Ares looked away, he couldnt look at her. "What about Thomas? One of my friends Hoshi, thats low" he asked, pain in his voice.

 

[Hoshi Icchihara]

At first Hoshi was confuesed. "Me and Tommy boy? He is totally not my style and you know it I mean the boy is cute but really he got a stick so far up his ass it hits the top of his mouth when he talks. Now if you talken about his dopleganger Ivan Petrov then your nailing me one. That boy and I could have done the Toyko Drift had we been older." She said looking back on that weekend. It had taken her a bit rember but after she did she had to lick her lips. It was the kind of kiss she was looking for but she didn't hate it. Hoshi caught the note of hurt in Ares' voice and sighed. "Look it was one day if that. Ivan and I will never see each other again and if we do we are so not going to kiss again. We where both bored and I'm not the only girl he kissed from what I heard." She said rolling her eyes. Hoshi had known the boy had been a player and Hoshi had just used him to get over her boredem even though she had been on her in-lines. "Trust me, me and Tommy have nothing going on." She finished.

Ares sighed trying to figure out whether to be relieved or frustrated when Hoshi told him it wasnt Thomas, but Ivan someone. He settled on being relieved that it wasnt Thomas, but disapointed she had still gone and kissed another guy.

"What about me Hoshi?" He almost whispered "I thought we had something?"

 

[Hoshi Icchihara]

Hoshi tilte her head as if Ares had said something wierd then realized what he was staying. Hoshi walked up to him and placed her hand on his cheek. "You really do like me don't you?' She asked looking into his eyes. "I'm sorry but you know what's going on. Everyone does." She said a bit of sadness in her voice. Again she wasn't sorry for what she had doen but she was sorry she couldn't return Ares' feelings. How ever much she wished she could.

Ares put his hand on Hoshis. Then he leaned down and kissed her, after a few moments he pulled away. "Well you know how I feel about you, and I know how you feel about..." he drifted off unsure how to finish his sentence. "So I guess things cant work out." he gave her a fake smile. "But if you ever realize you have any feelings for me at all, you know where to find me"

Hoshi kissed Ares back. At least she could give him that much. She listened to him and sighed. She had really hurt him. Well it was never said that paying with hearts was going to be a none-contact spot. Hoshi hugged Ares and smiled back at him only that her's was true. "Your a good friend Ares. And a great guy if you wheren't so flirty. Then agian what do I know." She said shugging and flicking a piece of her still red hair out of her face. "I guess I'll be seeing you around." She said kissing Ares on the cheek then walking up stares. She had gotten a message while in the great hall. Eden wanted to talk to her. She had a feeling she already knew.

Ares hugged Hoshi back and smiled as she told him he was a good guy. She kissed him on the cheek and then walked away. "Goodby Hoshi" he said quietly as she walked away.
