Clyde Sumiragi knew the forbidden forest would be the best place to go now that he needed privacy. After all, he was planning to read this book he sneaked out of the library in a perfectly quiet place. "Hmm.. Yes. This part is alright." he murmured as he looked around, making sure that there was only this gigantic tree and no humans or creatures at all. Clyde nodded his head once in approval of the place and sat on the ground.

He started to read his book. It was about the dark arts--and for students in the higher years. It took Clyde his best spells just to break in that other forbidden place at the library to get this book. At first Clyde didn't have any interest in the dark arts or anything related to it. But reading the first few pages of the book made him have second thoughts.

Snow Blaze finally got away from her studious Ravenclaw friends. Really now! How could those people think only about their studies, Snow wondered. It's as if books and lessons are the most exciting things in the world. Snow could never think like that. Why, she's looking forward to graduating just so she can leave this crazy magical world and start working as a normal person in the muggle world.

She could still remember how her friend Eliza scolded her about taking her magic abilities for granted. "It's a shame that you were given a chance and yet you ignore it." Eliza said something like that to her the last time they saw each other. Snow had to sigh during that time. Eliza never changed after all these years. She was persevering greatly, unlike Snow.

Snow's thoughts faded when a strong gust of wind came just before she reached a tall scary-looking tree. When the wind was gone, she continued to walk towards the tree, not remembering what she was thinking before it came.

Just when she was about to lean on the big tree, Snow saw a very familiar face. It was that of Clyde's. It's been a long time since she saw him. And seeing him now, she wanted to hug him or something. They never had the chance to make up from their fight three years ago.

Maybe this is the only chance, she thought. And Snow was Snow. So she approached him. "Ah. You." was the only thing she was able to say.

Jaden had been following a very odd ravenclaw. Apparently she wanted to be a muggle. Now Jaden being a Puff didnt have anything against muggles (she was halfblood herself) but she didnt want to be one, being stuck in an office everyday with those computers and bleeping and grey and grey and grey!

When the raven reached the forbidden forest, Jaden hesitated. "Raven's never get in trouble, but Puff's do!" she quickly sped up to meet the Ravenclaw when she approached a boy and they spoke.

"Umm, we're not allowed here." she said, pointing out the obvious.

The ruckus completely put Clyde off the mood to continue reading. The first one was from Snow Blaze--to his utter surprise--and the other one was a girl younger than him--a Hufflepuff it seemed. But his gaze didn't stay too long at the younger girl. Clyde looked back at Snow, his expression blank, though he is shocked to see her again after all these years.

Of course he had seen Snow during some of their classes. But Clyde never really talked to her. And she never did, too, so it was an equal exchange. But now that she finally talked to him, he didn't know what to say. "Ah." he repeated Snow's word. Clyde suddenly felt embarrassed after saying that single word and he quickly reverted back to his book.

"The little kid's right. We're not allowed here. Go back." he said with his steady voice. His eyes looked back and forth at the first page and the second page of the book, trying to look calm.

Jaden felt offended by his remark. "Hey! Yiu better come with us too, because my classmates now where I am and if im not back without 3 minutes they are telling the teacher." she crossed her arms.

It was obvious he was a Slytherin by the way he acted. "Look if you really wnat to read all night I know this secret place that I know about." she offered.

Snow felt a sudden jerk in her heartbeat when Clyde looked at her. She opened her mouth to talk to him again, but she then heard the Puff girl talk. Snow glanced at her, wondering why this girl was even here in the first place, and quickly looked back at Clyde. She smiled at him. "Breaking the rules again, it seems." she commented, remembering her few encounters of him during their first year here at Hogwarts. "I thought you're down bullying students now. I heard you're still in that group." She was of course talking about the Dark Elites. Snow never really understood why Clyde decided to join that overrated group. They were noisy and irrational, while Clyde was cold and a complete logical thinker.

Snow stopped talking halfway when the Puff girl said something about a secret place. She seemed really young and innocent. Things like those don't appeal to Snow anymore. And she wondered about Clyde. She bets he doesn't, too.

She managed a smile. "We're okay here," she said, not losing her smile. "Clyde and I used to sneak here before."

Clyde sighed at Snow's comments. "Still minding others' business, it seems." he said, trying to match the way she talks. He flipped a page of the book he was (supposed to be) reading. This time, Clyde was calm enough to look straight at Snow's eyes. As always, he didn't bother to smile. "Aren't you breaking the rules--again, too? I see you still don't have that Ravenclaw mindset." Snow Blaze the reckless one. Snow Blaze the brat. Snow Blaze the talkative one. Snow Blaze the pretty one. Snow Blaze. Clyde stared at the area behind Snow, involuntarily remembering a lot of things. He sighed. "Better change that kind of thinking. You're getting out of the 'in group'."

The Hufflepuff started talking about some secret place when Clyde looked at his book again. He sighed and then shrugged after. "There is no quiet place in this school, is there?" he said in with a whisper and then decided to stand up, closing his book. Clyde made a shaking gesture using the book in front of the Hufflepuff girl. "It's fine, it's fine. You can go that secret place of yours without us bothering you."
