We Are Obviously Crazy

JazzyMae could not believe herself. How could she agree to go to the Forbidden Forest with Hariah? It said right in the name that the place was forbidden, so why did she accept Hariah's offer? She had been to the forest before, and that was where she met Damien. JazzyMae had been scared that night too. She did not know if she could do it again. She felt this uneasiness in her stomach. She paced back and forth at the edge of the forest. She would have left minutes ago, but she wanted Hariah to leave with her.she did not want to start her second year off getting caught by a professor, or even worse, eaten by a creature of the forest.

 

[Hariah Meadow]

Hariah hadn't been to the forest before, she never really had the chance in her first year to experience it. Instead, she focused on exploring the Kitchens with her best friend Leon. JazzyMae and Hariah had decided to go at night, that way there would be less students and professors about. She was excited, she couldn't wait to get there. Hariah was rather adventurous and the forest was a mysterious place.

They made their way to the forest by silently creeping out of the castle's corridors and dodging professors and ghosts. They ran as quick as they could to the entrance of the forest. Panting, Hariah turned to JazzyMae and smiled. "Are you ready?" She asked her.

JazzyMae shook her head. She felt uneasy about going into the Forbidden forest."I do not think we should go in Hariah. It is not that treat anyways.".she tried to convince her friend. She did not want to get caught by a professor, and she did not want to get eaten any creatures. She wanted to start off her second year well, and going into the Forbidden forest was not good. Then again it could be very fun to meet a centaur. JazzyMae highly doubted it though.

 

[Hariah Meadow]

Hariah grinned "Nonsense!" she exclaimed. "It's going to be exciting, come on JazzyMae don't worry about it!" She grabbed her friend's arm and led her into the opening of the forest. She smiled to herself, she was intrigued as to why they were not allowed in here and was eager to find a magical creature. Ones that her dad had told her about when he went to Hogwarts. She whispered "Lumos" and her wand tip ignited the path ahead. Hariah cautiously walked along the path and kept checking behind her in case JazzyMae had fallen behind. It was a relatively quiet night and nothing disturbed them. It was a bit of a disappointment for Hariah.

JazzyMae reluctantly let Hariah lead her into the Forbidden Forest. The butterflies in her stomach got much worst, and she felt horrible being in the forest she disliked so much. She pulled out her wand from her robes. "Lumos." she said and the tip of her wand lit up brightly. She made sure to keep her wand in front of her, and she mad sure that she kept up with Hariah. She did not want to get separated from her friend. She noticed the forest was quiet and nothing strange seemed like it was going to happen. "See Hariah? There is nothing exciting here. We should really go back." she tried to convince her friend. Her words were most likely not going to have any effect on a Gryffindor like Hariah.
