Watching People Go By

Wednesday couldn't help but look around as if she was one of those insane tourists. Though really she was a tourist in a place that she didn't know existed. "Well you are quite lucky then" Wednesday said when Sern had said he found it by accident. She wondered if she would have ever found it. Probably not.

Though when he wrapped her, Wednesday felt the warmth. Almost for a moment not wanting him to let go but when thinking about it she knew it was silly. She was only eleven crushes didn't just occur this early. Did they?

"Well you thought right" She said wanting to smile brightly but she was still rather careful about it. Under water and smiling just didn't seem to fit. Though none of this really made sense.

He looked at her hesitantly after he let her go wondering if shed take offense to it. He could have easily used the warming spell without first hugging her...but as he said to himself "It works better if the persons warm first" though he wasn't quite sure if he believed himself.

Then a thought struck him.
"Ever seen a underwater waterfall?" he asked with a warm smile.

Wednesday smiled a bit at Sern. "Thanks. I was way too cold" She said hoping that she showed she was rather grateful for the fact that he warmed her up. Though still Wednesday was learning to speak a bit more realizing that she wouldn't choke on water though she wasn't sure why.

As Sern mentioned an underwater waterfall, Wednesday's blue eyes lit up. She shook her head never even knowing that there was such a thing. So much to learn. "We can't stay too long" Wednesday said wishing that she hadn't. "Can't leave Abby up there too long" She explained.

A slight tinge of red came over Serns cheeks again as she thanked him. "Dont mention it, cant you freezing down here" He mumbled and as she noted abby he nodded and smiled. "It wont take a minute" he said reassuringly and, taking her hand led her down through the city.

When the reached near the citys edge bright colours shined of a cliff in font of us. Many currents where flowing down over the rocks and reflecting the like and making colours and patterns.

"now is this not from a fairytale?" he whispered near her ear

Wednesday smiled as Sern seemed to blush. He seemed more than sweet. "No me being an ice pop wouldn't be the best" Wednesday said letting out a small laugh before covering her mouth as if she was worried water would come in. Though it didin't. Removing her hand, she nodded when Sern said it would only take a minute.

As they went a bit farther, Wednesday couldn't prevent her mouth from falling open in shock and awe. Not able to speak at first, she just seemed to watch the waters, the colours. "Amazing" she said glancing over at Sern for a moment before her eyes looked back at the wonders she was experiencing.

Though as he whispered in her ears, Wednesday's cheeks grew pink. "Without a doubt" She said her voice soft. This all did seem like a fairy tale, though somehow more than any fairy tale she had heard or read about.

For a while he looked at the colours and patterns then his gaze hovered over to Wednesday. As soon as he realized he glanced to the side. He was happy he could give her this experience and enjoyed her company more than anything but... as she said abby was waiting

With a long slow sigh Sern looked at Wednesday, "You said someone was waiting?..." he masked the sadness of having to leave.

Wednesday continued to have her gaze focus on the colours. God it was so beautiful. Almost breath taking. She wished she could stay down here forever. Though as Sern sighed Wednesday turned her gaze to him. "Yeah. I can't leave Abby up there. I think I almost made a friend. Leaving her up there might ruin it" Wednesday said smiling slightly. Though she did hate to have to go back.

"We should probably head up" She said giving the waterfall one more longing gaze before turning back to Sern.

"Ok then.." he said gently
He took her arms and put them around him, making sure she was holding tight enough, when she was he bade the creatures farewell and launched up through the water. once he broke the surface he flew a few feet in the air with her on his back then dive back down, but only shallow, and swam with a steady speed back to shore.

When his feet touched the rocks he sent the charm from them and looked around abit and waited for her to let go.Though he wondered if he actually wanted her to. He shook his head telling himself he was being stupid

(( OOC: gotta go to a BBQ for a couple of hours ill be back ))

((Occ: that's fine love I have to go soon anyway))

Wednesday smiled slightly as she made sure she was holding tightly again making a mental note that she needed to learn how to swim though almost knowing that for this moment she was glad that she couldn't.

Closing her eyes as they both made it back to the surface of the water. Though opening her eyes as they seemed to jump a bit above it. Letting out a laugh as they did. This is so much fun Wednesday thought as she let go of Sern making sure that she wasn't being clingy.

Still treading water a bit though her legs were surprisingly tired. Moving to spot where she could reach without having to tread, she realized how heavy her wet jeans really were. Though at the moment she didn't care. Looking over at Sern she could only smile. "Wow you do know how to have a good time" She said.

(OOC: you guys shouldn't know any spells, much less the bubble-head charm. Harry couldn't do it in his fourth year, so first years wouldn't be able to do it. :ph43r: )

Abby floated around for a while, then noticed Wednesday and the other boy were gone. That struck her as odd, she swam around, looking, then sighed. Abby wondered if they were in trouble, but Abby wasn't one to fret. If they didn't come back soon, she would go looking for them, or get a professor.

She lay down on her back, her blue dress billowing out like weed. Her hair also looked like weed, long strands of silky black weed. Abby closed her eyes, and pretended she was at home, in her lake, and she smiled softly.

(( I know it just seemed improbable for someone to be able to hold their breath for that long and the thought of eating gillyweed wasnt the greatest))

Looking over to the Abby Sern said,"sorry for just disappearing like that" then he looked around to Wednesday and murmured, "You know one would believe what you just said". Though he gave a smile in thanks to her complement. And as he looked at her his thoughts fought against each other, On one hand he was really enjoying her company and was filled with an unusual fluttery feeling whenever he heard her laugh. Not to mention how he felt whenever he had held her or her him. And on the other he was telling himself to stop being stupid, enjoying company is what friends do and
tried palming off the other thing as him just being..... well..... He wasn't sure he could explain that..
