Heather was actually having the time of her life at Hogwarts so far which greatly surprised her. She was quite nervous and reluctant to leave her home where she was doted on to come to a school that she had no idea about and envisioned the absolute worst. But the reality was rather different and she was enjoying her time immensely and this was definitely helped by her best friend, Gabriella, her fellow Slytherin and her soul sister. The two Slytherin girls entered the Great Hall and took a couple of seats on the Slytherin table next to each other before starting to pick their breakfast from the huge amount of food on offer before them.
She was just about to tuck into a piece of toast when the Owls swooped in and dropped off packages and letters to their owners. Heather didn't have an Owl and she wasn't sure she would actually want to own one. Of course, they were useful but she didn't want the responsibility for looking after it. It sounded like far too much hassle to her. All she liked to do was look at them and receive things from them and today was no different as a couple of owls dropped down some magazines that she had her mother subscribe her to before flying off again. She picked them up and handed one to Gabriella, she knew her best friend liked to keep up to date with the fashions and the gossip and she was more than happy to share her things with her. Heather quickly had a flick through one of the magazines and giggled when she came to a page full of horrific candid photos. "Oh no Gabriella, look at this" she said to her friend pointing to the page that she was looking at. "Oh, what is she wearing?!" she stated incredulously.
