Torrin's hair is usually about shoulder length and wavy. He likes to grow it out. However, for the start of the new school year, his father made him cut his hair shorter to “fit in” more. Torrin also has a chipped front tooth that he is very self-conscious about. Due to this, he rarely smiles fully, more of a little smirk. Eventually, he plans on getting his tooth fixed, but he has not gotten around to it as of yet.

Personality: Jennifer is very strict in the household. She runs the house like she runs her High School. Jennifer often considers herself "strict but fair." She makes sure Torrin eats healthy meals three times a day and does not get into any trouble. "The World is a harsh place, you have to be prepared." She often tells him. Jennifer plays a huge role in why Torrin is very hesitant to come out of his shell.

History: Jason grew up with one older brother and one younger sister. He is often extremely grateful for what life has given him. It considers it fate.
Personality: Torrin's father is a psychologist which is not only his profession, but often his at-home personality. Torrin loves his son more than anything and wants him to succeed. -Pudge (Owl): Pudge is new to the Langston family. This male owl was find in a shop at the Harbour and Torrin fell in love right away. Pudge is shy, but is warming up to Torrin. Pudge likes his feathers stroked and to send mail at least three times a week.

Out of the blue, a hat began to sing. Torrin jumped noticeably with the hats first verse. What... He thought a bit confused as to what was going on. There was a singing hat! Amused and amazed, Torrin listened to the hat's song, clapping quietly when the hat finished. Almost immediately, student names were starting to be called. Torrin was glad this would be over soon. He really hated being the center attention.​

Reaction: Torrin was extremely nervous for sorting, not believing he belonged in this school, nonetheless in any particular house. Though Torrin had secretly hoped he was going to be in Hufflepuff, because so far everyone he has met has been a Hufflepuff. In all reality, Torrin was just relieved to get sorted and not kicked out of the school due to him getting a letter as a mistake.
