Charlotte had really enjoyed tutoring a first year in flying last year and so she signed up for the tutor program again in hopes that she would be able to do it again. The sixth year often wondered how her last student went in the subject and she hoped that she did well. A box full of quidditch supplies sat next to Charlotte as she stood on the field with her broom in her hand and a broom for the person she'd be teaching on the ground as she waited for him to arrive. She didn't know who this person was but hoped he'd be easy enough to teach. After all, considering the last tutoring session was a success, she was confident that this one wouldn't be much different.

Hudson headed down to the Quidditch Pitch. It wasn't time for class, but time to be tutored. He had done very poorly during the class, the Professor had hardly noticed however. He found it hard to sit on the broom and stay sitting once taking off. He didn't think it was really fun and didn't understand why they had to learn how to fly. Hudson was glad to be on the ground and didn't want to be elsewhere. "Hi," he said approaching an older student he assumed was his tutor. He knew it was going to be a girl and that was about all he remembered from his assigned tutor.

As Charlotte saw a small boy heading towards her she beamed, realising straight away that this was who she was tutoring. As he greeted her, she smiled. "Hello! I'm Charlotte, captain of the Slytherin Quidditch Team, and it looks like I will be tutoring you!" The girl clapped her hands together. "This is you broom for today." she told him, gesturing towards the broom on the ground. She placed her broom on the ground next to her. "We're going to be doing a little bit of revision today. If you don't mind, please stand next to your broom." With her hand over her own broom she said, "Up." and watched as the broom shot up into her hand. "Now you can try!"

Hudson couldn't help but grimace as Slytherin was mentioned, he was sure this girl would be a lot nicer of a person than Fleur. He nodded at her introduction offering his name in return, "Hudson Worth." Looking down at the broom he was glad he wouldn't be using Fleur's old broom which he convinced himself she put a curse or something on it so it would act badly for him. He stood next to it and held his hand over the broom looking down willing it to come up. "Up," he said and the broom wiggled a bit before coming up a foot before falling back down. Looking at his tutor he quickly set about to do it again. "Up." He said more firmly than the first time and the broom worked it's way up but it seemed it didn't want to really listen to him just as much as he didn't want to fly on it.
