Deep breath, Mizzy. Deep breath.

Mizelea was running out of breath, she was worried, anxious and most of all excited. Training for the first time with a professional Legilimency was really nerve wracking, just a couple of days Mizelea applied to be one and she was approved to be trained. She knew it would take some time, preferably a year or so. Still that didn't matter as long as Mizzy would do her best to follow everything Lucy Madden says. She was a trained and an expert Legilimens, Mizelea knew she was the best to have as her mentor for the said ability. Among the other Legilimens, she found Lucy kind and gentle but that was her first impression.

The fifth year made her way outside the school, knowing it wasn't the best thing to train inside the school ground where many people would watch them. All Mizzy knew was the meeting place but she had no idea where would Lucy train her. She tried to get a hang of things first, before arriving at a small alley in London. The Ministry of Magic was located in London, and Mizzy knew that Lucy was working there so she wondered if it was nice to meet up near the ministry somehow. She could feel her hand shaking, Mizelea was so nervous that every time a stranger would pass by her the brunette would hid herself away from the street. Hopefully Lucy could find her, in the fast growing crowd.

Lucy was on the road again, this time she had more than a reason to not be in St.Mungos taking post for her patient. It came out of the bloom actually when the Ministry of London contacted her out of all people. They had asked and hope that she was willing to take up a student for the gift she like some posse to teach. What struck her to be a weird job, ended up being some sense of adventure. She was getting bored staying in one place so why not? She took the job offer and instantly contacted Misses Brooks about their first meeting.

It was a Monday morning, and Lucy Madden been waiting for Brooks to arrived. She had finished her cup of chocolate and a cheese danish. The morning happen quite fast, she favor those days when everything was going on smoothly. After her quick breakfast she apparted near the Ministry, where apparently she be meeting Misses Brooks. It wasn't hard to spot wondering eyes, the girl was young and had eyes that worried look within them. Stepping out of the shop she been waiting at, Lucy walk right up to her beaming slightly at the young female. "Mizelea Brooks are you? I'm Lucy your teacher for the gift you're working on" her eyes lite up, she didn't want the girl to think she was anyone to be afraid of, that trust needed to be establish before anything.

Ooops, forgot that she's a healer and does not work for the Ministry. Apologies.

It seems like forever, standing in the alley squeezing her arms and hoping everything would turn out fine. Mizzy wondered if it was the wrong meeting place, as she just discovered to herself that Lucy Madden was a healer. "Oh Dear, she's not working for the ministry. Silly me." she hissed quite ashamed of herself. Ir was indeed a bad meeting place, but hey it was safe. There was nothing wrong about the place, still she wondered if her decision was right. It's too late to change that of course, as she was waiting Mizelea froze when she heard her name. Only such professors called her by her whole name, she slowly turned around and saw a beautiful blonde woman. Obviously, she was the Legilimens named Lucy Madden.

Mizzy smiled trying to hide her nervousness, "I am, pleasure meeting you Ms, Mrs? ms Lucy!" she replied now all giddy and excited. She wasn't sure where's the perfect place to train but possible somewhere wide and quiet. The brunette knew that Ms. Lucy was the expert and she should choose where to train. "Ms. Lucy, any ideas where we could train? A training place?" she asked her quite shy. Mizelea wondered if they had all day to train or was it just half-day, though all she knew this was the start of something new to her.

Lucy was please with the girl's attitude, she was sure a go getter. "Dear it's Lucy Madden, but you can just call me Lucy" she wasn't really a professor and if they were in a public place it's alright with her if they went by first name basics. "I know your excited about training my dear, but there's a lot we need to talk about before we could start anything. Now if you could just follow me" she lead them back into the coffee shop, the place decrease in numbers by the time she return to the old establishment. Lucy requested if they could sit somewhere private, but it look as if they wouldn't be any problem at all. To be on the safe side, they made their way to the back of the cafe, a table was set for them, Lucy gestured the girl to go on. She sat down and pulled up the chair, using her nonverbal magic.

The waitress left them hot steaming tea and biscuits. Lucy loved tea, she preferred it more then coffee anytime. She was American and a Salem Native, but sometimes she could get away in acting European. Mostly due to the fact she travel here a lot to see Miles her younger brother and the New Zealand accent was catching up with her too. "Now that were here" she tasted the bit of mint in her tea, "Let's get on with the program. Now I know you understand at least the basic of what I'm teaching. That you acknowledge it will take a while to perfect this gift?" she started off explaining.

Although Mizelea was excited for the training to happen, she was quite nervous and wondered what were the guidelines. "Lucy!" she thought to herself. At times Mizzy likes to repeat names in her head to remember them. Mizelea nodded and followed Lucy as they were headed to a coffee shop nearby. It wasn't the place she expected but it seems that they needed to talk about the whole Legilimens things first. As they entered the shop, Mizzy took a sit in front of her like expected. She wandered her eyes a bit wondering if it was safe here, but Mizelea knew Lucy knew what she was doing. As tea and biscuits arrived, she didn't expected this at all. It was in the Europe who loved tea and all, although Mizzy wasn't used to this she tried to taste the tea.

It was bitter and was plain for her, though she tried to give it a go. The biscuits tastes delightful, it automatically melted inside her mouth. Mizzy was such a sucker for sweets and pastries too. As she took another sip of the tea, it hinted mint. And Mizelea adored mint, she took a sip more and loved the tea. The girl tried to control herself in front of Lucy, it would be so odd if she took a sip of her tea every other minute. "I understand, very much. It would take like a year or more, but I know I'm prepared of it." she replied now looking at Lucy and nodding at her statement.

"It could take even longer then that. It took me three years to do a small ounce of Legilimens" she corrected Mizelea. It wasn't a practice you took likely, if it was so easy then so many would be able to practice in the art of Legilimens. You would have to practice as much as you can, Legilimens would have to be apart of you eventually for a while. "Like Occlumency or Animagus, everything take practice" she use her pointing finger a lot, she was usually the type to gesture things with her hands when she was out in about. Behind closed office door, Lucy was less animated. She had to be when it came to her patients, some were absent in mind, to much moving can alarm them.

Lucy produce a wand from out of her jacket (or coat?) and pointed to the tea in front of her. She refilled it with another flavor tea on top of the other. It blended, looking rather much like coffee then tea. "I'm not even that skill to do Legilimens without a wand, and if I do without the connection is brief" she tap the side of Mizelea's head. A flood of memories pushed through her view, it was like teleporting or traveling by floo powders. So many memories, in such a quick time. She open her eyes again breaking the connection, "I can do without saying Legilimens, but not without using my wand. Any question so far?"

Mizelea knew there were so much things to be done before attaining her goal, all she could do was hope for the best as she nodded at Lucy's remarks. Though it her a month to research and try to analyze every history of Legilimens, and a week to decided she wanted to be one. The idea just entered into her mind and made everything worked for once. "I understand." she said now sounding more serious. The brunette noticed how Lucy likes to use her finger from time to time, pointing it to her in some way. It looked like she was a teacher or some sort, perhaps it was a way of expressing herself. All she could do was listen and nod every time Lucy would talk.

There was nothing much to say really, not that she was overwhelmed or something. Mizelea just didn't know what to say other than, yes I know. Things like how other people who mastered the ability, wasn't that great or something. As Lucy's wand reached her head, she could feel something tingling inside of her. She knew that Lucy was now somehow invading her mind, but that didn't bother her. There was nothing to hide after all, she watched Lucy's face as her eyes opened. Wondering what it felt to see others memories, was it good or bad? "I see, no questions so far." she replied trying to wondered when will the training start.

Lucy was uncertain Miss Brooks was being truthful. Young people these days were always afraid to ask, but when given the chance they never took the opportunity. She didn't fuss, she went on with the lesson either way. "Now when you're ready take out your wand. Flick in the way that I showed you and use the word Legilimens" she set her own wand down, having no need for it at the moment. "And when you're done please tell me what you saw" she was already looking through a flood of memories, any of it that would make good practice for Miss Brooks. She used the one memory of her and her two younger sibling. Miles and Kenzie. She remember how close they had all been, and how Miles had always been the hyper out of two. Oh how times change. "Ready when you are"

The young girl was feeling a bit anxious to start with, but she knew she was really prepared for it. It was a matter to be taken seriously this time, and how she wished she could complete every task. Mizelea nodded and reached for her wand inside her pocket, it was odd that her wand would fit inside her pocket. It was because every cloak or jacket she bought, Mizzy would change it's pocket and make it deeper. As she got her wand, Mizelea then instantly followed Lucy's instructions and flicked her wand. "Legilimens she stated in a calm voice. She wasn't sure if the word should be said loudly, still it made sense to use the said word. And quickly she saw memories flashing insanely into her mind, it was so surreal and everything seems fast. It was like watching a muggle television and changing the channels quickly as you can.

The first thing she saw was two people, younger than Lucy and probably her sibling. They resemble each other, followed by a school it was specifically Salem. Mizelea remembered the school when she saw a picture of it through her friends back in school. Then the brunette even saw Lucy in her younger years, and all this happen in just a glimpse of time. She didn't even knew her eyes weren't blinking, it was just so wonderful to actually see someone thoughts. It ended alas, Mizelea then started to blink and smiled at Lucy. "Wow." she stated quite thrilled."I saw you in your younger years, then I even saw two persons that resembles you. Are they your siblings? Then I saw that you went to Salem too. she shared. It was like seeing everything and analyzing their past, it was a new experience.

Everyone experience things differently, like Legilimens, Lucy would stay stiff still letting the person travel through her mind. She was already prepare to what was to come, her heart raced quickly, and her eyes were spaced out in a daze. She was like a statue, pose stiff letting Mizelea use her as a test subject for her new found skills. It's likely someone would get it the first time, sometimes not everyone did. Lucy and Mizelea shared something instantly in common. It looks like she wouldn't have to follow her up after all, maybe through owl or something, aside from that she had confident in Mizelea to well on her own.

The connection was broken, Lucy blink a couple times wiping her eyes to make them a little watery. "Oh I must of look horrible back then! I had a bad case of acne, so I tried the bubotuber, turns out I was a little allergic to the plant. I had a massive break out afterwards. You know what's funny? Wizards, well most depend on them not realizing you can be allergic to them too! I used a muggel medicine afterward, it work better then that plant" she gave a irrelevant advice, Lucy never mind that she would get sidetracked and wouldn't realize that she done so by jumping back into their first conversation. "Yeah they were a handful, Kenzie and Miles. Now they hardly see each other" she grin, nipping at her bottom plump lip. "Do you think you have it all figured out?

Everything seems to be surreal at the moment, of course it would as it was her first time to see different thoughts from other people. "I'll keep that in mind." she replied quite chuckling to her words. She had never tried bubotuber for her skin, as she wasn't the person to have acne so much. Good thing though, she uses natural creams for her skin. Mizelea likes Lucy's mood, as it began to lighten up. "Kenzie and Miles?" she thought to herself, knowing that two person were her sibling from the sound of it. It all made sense now, knowing what she saw before. She bit her lip and continued to pay attention to Lucy, wondering if she did 'okay' for a first timer. "As a matter of fact, I somehow do.. actually." she replied quite surprised that she said that. But that was the truth after all, Legilimens seems to be amazing when you get a hang of it. Though she really wanted to somehow perfect it and perhaps master it as well.
