Tybalt couldn't believe he was a sixth year. He couldn't believe that he had just two years left of this school. It felt like just yesterday he had been a small, frightened little first year who had no idea about what any of this was. He'd been living out of his parents car at the time, and had no courage in him what so ever. He'd spent most of first year questioning why he'd been made a Gryffindor. Tybalt had never at the time seen himself as someone who was brave. He was just little Ty, small for his age and wearing jumpers two sizes to big. Barely able to deal with any part of this school. Now, he was a sixth year, grown to what would probably be his full height, he was his father's height now. He was a prefect, he was on Accio, the brotherhood, the quidditch team and ran club academia. He couldn't believe how far he'd come. He was no longer afraid of heights, and he wore clothes that fit. He was not that scared little first year. He knew that he was made to be a Gryffindor. He always strived to do his best, and it had really paid off. He'd had some issues along the way, but he'd gotten perfect OWLs. He was going to do equally well on the NEWTs he was sure, and more than all of that, Tybalt had a plan for after school too. He knew that his life would lead him in all directions, but he honestly couldn't wait for it. He couldn't wait to get started on his much more difficult classes. Ty was just beginning to wonder where all that time had gone. He was a sixth year, and he had always though he'd have plenty of time to do all the things he wanted at the school, the reality was that he was coming to what was almost the final stretch. He was closer to the end, and he had a lot less time.
Tybalt had been feeling a little strange about it. Really he wasn't sure what he felt about the situation he was both quite pleased about all he had done, and would continue to do, while also in the same way, he was sad that it was almost over. Sure, Ty more than realised that he had to sit his NEWTs first, but the year would fly in, as would his last. He knew it. It would just fly in and then all of a sudden it would be over. With that in mind, the teen pulled himself out of bed, with a strange feeling in his head. He knew he needed to find some way to clear it, but he didn't want to go flying. As much as that was usually his go to, and he might just see Caroline there, he wasn't looking for that. He did want the fresh air, so Tybalt gathered up a few things and then headed out of the room. He wore a new Gryffindor jumper since he'd grown out of the old one in the previous year. It was still cold in New Zealand. It was still winter. He made his way through the halls of the school, and out to the grounds. He wasn't sure what he was going to do now, he hadn't really made up his mind, but instead of just aimless standing around like he was currently doing, Tybalt just began walking forward. He took in a deep breath of the cool air, and slowly let it out. He ran a hand through the still unruly brown hair, which had besides a few haircuts remained mostly unchanged during his first five years at this school. He couldn't help but let his eyes, glance at every part of the grounds that he loved. The pitch, the garden, the lake side, the herbology rooms. He was just so pleased that of all the magical schools he could've gone to this was the one he'd picked. It was as Tybalt walked that he did realised that he was heading towards the cliffs, not just aimlessly walked on the grounds. Now that was a place that Tybalt hadn't been to in a long while. In fact he'd mostly actively avoided it.
Tybalt had when he first arrived been deathly afraid of heights. It was why he'd had such a struggle with quidditch. He'd learned so he could teach his sister. Pushing through his own fear with Indiana's help to finally become a quidditch player and eventually lose his fear of heights. Sure, there were the odd moments when Ty felt like he was going to be afraid, but those were often fleeting and just when he'd almost fallen from his broom As an older student now, those fears of heights were mostly gone, and he was heading to the cliffs pretty happy. He was glad, when he finally reached them, and realised on this still early morning that he was glad for all that had happened. Sure, Ty was hoping that he'd see Indiana, and that B would come back to him, but slowly the boy was figuring out that maybe he had to turn his sight's to someone else. Or, at least forget about B. That said, the teen still missed her. He made his way to the very edge of the cliff and just sat down. He was sure that the cliff was supported by magic to a certain extent so that it wouldn't fall apart with any amount of weight. He lay down on the grass, his feet and ankles dangling over the edge. This place, Hogwarts was great. He was sad he'd need to leave soon, but happy from all the good times and memories this place had given him.
