It was one of those days, when the skies felt blue and everything around you just felt out of place. When you feel like you have everything you ever wanted, only to realise something was missing.A day when she didn't have her daughter, or her soon-to-be-husband at her side. A day when she felt like visiting her childhood home. Only to visit the past, Maddiie was standing over her mother old grave. Still she wonder why her mother wasn't buried in Puerto Rico, instead she was buried near the home she once grew up in. This was her first time ever to visit her mother gravesite, and now that she did, she sort regret ever coming.

Walking away towards the courtyard of her old house, the place seem emptied. No one ever purchased it, Maddiie wonder, maybe she could buy it for her now that she had a family of her own. The thought grew interesting but she didn't stay long, fear that she wouldn't be able to leave. Instead she apparted towards Diagon Alley. Walking down the busy walkway, she try to make her way towards the leak. If there was ever a time to want a drink was now, she slipped inside and order up a butter beer. Taking her mug she went to look for a seat near the window, only to bump into a old familiar face. "Hey, fancy seeing you here"

Grande had gotten very much sick of school. He couldn't wait to be finished. Have everything over and done with, with nothing more to do apart from live. It was because of this that he'd skipped school and gone to work, only to be told by his work to go buy supplies from diagon alley. Grande, pleased to have not been sent back to school, so he apparated to Diagon Alley. He smiled at he familiar sights. He hoped he might see one of his hogwarts Scotland friends who he'd meet at the summer. He knew that he'd eventually have to go back to the restaurant but he really didn't want to go back.

Grande walked straight to the leaky cauldron. His silvery grey eyes looked around the familiar site of the leaky. He loved the place. It was so wizard like in every way. It was so easy to laugh. He smiled at the bartender and ordered a small glass of butterbeer. And then took a seat at a nearby table. It wasn't long after the brown haired boy had sat down, that a familiar voice greeted him. He looked up, and this time he knew it was Maddiie. He stood up to full height which was a lot taller than it had been last time they'd met.

"Maddiie Hollawarth. it is good to see you." Grande said opening up his arms to give his old friend a hug.

"And there I thought you forgotten about me Grande Fuego" she said setting her mug down before she could embrace Grande back. She noticed he was a lot taller than her, oh how time really do fly by. Hugging him back, she felt like a 3rd year all over again because of how short she was in height. Letting go she smiled looking up at Grande. "So how you've been? Still in France?" the last time she heard about Grande, he had told her in a letter that he was moving to France and attending that school. Since than she hadn't seem him, more so because of Maddiie's situation with her family. Between traveling around the world and never having the time to actually write to Grande, she sort of regret losing touch with him. He was a good friend, probably one of the olds ones that actually stucked around long enough to bare Maddiie's hected life. "Did you do something to your hair?" she laughed a little. It had once been a little reddish but he couldn't believe it looked so different now. Maybe a little short than before, but it was still shaggy as the last time.
