The twins were beautiful. Rosalina and Raiden Borisyuk. They were the blood of a giant and a Styx so he could not imagine how much trouble that they would be in when they were older. Kaelan Borisyuk was a hellion on his own. Lilah had a lot to deal with too. Not to mention, she was persistent enough to really seek him out when she wanted to claim him as hers. Kaelan would always admire that, no matter how twisted it was. He did love her. He would do anything for Lilah. Even the wedding band around his ring finger was engraved with their names. It was perfect if he was being honest. That was why he invited his old friend Arvel Ayers out to his home. It might have been chilly outside from the weather, but inside of his enclosed area with the pool, it was magically heated up. He enjoyed swimming.
And the twins and his wife were out visiting other family members. So, Kaelan had the place to himself. He always carried a photo album wherever he went, just magically shrunk in his wallet or something. Now, it was on the table next to one of his lounge chairs. It included photos of him, Lilah, their wedding, pictures of her during her pregnancy, with him as well. And lastly, a few of the newborn twins. He could not wait to show them off. Kaelan was always proud of anything he made, and he helped make the twins. He didn't do the heavy work of course, but he helped out in any way he could. Today, he had a few hours to himself, and he would grant that to Lilah too, to give her a break. It was a good trade. And sometimes, they needed a break for just themselves. Just thinking about his life made him lose train of thought as he lounged back in his chair, just looking up through his sunglasses.
