OOC: Set the first week of September 2056
Lena hadn't really been able to focus on classes after arriving back in the castle. The end of the previous school year had confirmed that she just wasn't happy. As much as they had gone to therapy, she and Henry were not going to work. And while that devestated her in so many ways, Lena knew she had to be the one to make the step and file for divorce. Since they owned a business together, there were a lot of legal hoops to jump through before things were final. However, Lena had taken the opportunity to emotionally check out of her marriage and get to know one of her coworkers better. It may not have been the smartest move, but she was enjoying spending time with Lydia. It was nice distraction from all the stressors, even if it couldn't distract her from one thing right now.
Lena'd been feeling a little nauseous the past few weeks and was paticularly tired, but she just assumed it was stress or anxiety. Even with an irregular cycle, Lena wasn't usually this late. The last time she had been, Charlotte appeared, and while it seemed so unlikely it was a possibility, the former Ravenclaw had to consider it. And she had... for a week... before caving and taking a test.
She hadn't been able to focus during her first class and quickly found herself hiding in the Common Room with the test in her hand. Lena hadn't looked at it yet but sat on one of the couches, alone, willing it to be negative. She couldn't handle this, not now.
