Closed The World Is Upside Down

Gwen was glad she was allowed to go to the park today, it was always fun. She had admired a few of the flowers and then gone over to the swingset on the playground. It had been fun to see how high she could go, but it got boring after a bit without anyone to compete with. Gwen jumped off and then made her way to the monkey bars and climbed up, eventually hanging upside down and looking around the playground. It was pretty quiet here today, which was a shame. Gwen really wanted to make a bunch of friends before Hogwarts. She looked down, watching how her ponytail almost touched the ground. She hoped her hair wouldn't be full of sand later, that would be icky.

Jingyi was very much an outdoors kind of person, always preferring to run around the place than to be cooped up inside doing something as boring as reading or homework. Which was why he enjoyed going to the park and getting to play in the playground. It was just him, Xinyi had decided to sit under some tree and do some reading instead, meaning it was just the youngest twin wandering into the playground. It sucked his brother didn't want to come as well, but he knew better than to try and drag Xinyi along if he didn't want to go. He had barely made it a couple of steps into the playground before he saw the girl hanging upside down from the monkey bars. Instantly, Jingyi grinned and wandered over to her, tilting his head to try and look at her the right way up as he gave a friendly wave,"Hiya!"

Gwen's eyes moved up as someone walked over to her. She saw a young boy who seemed to be around her age. He seemed nice enough, so Gwen smiled back at him and waved back, though it was upside down. "Hi!" She said, swinging back and forth a bit. "Do you want to play together?"

Jingyi kept grinning, the grin just getting wider as the girl waved back at him as she hung upside-down. "Sure!" He responded eagerly. It was much better to have someone else to play with instead of being stuck by himself. "But what are you doing upside-down? Is this part of the game?" Maybe they could see who could hang like that for the longest time or something? Jingyi was sure he could win something like that.

Gwen grinned at the boy as he agreed to play with her, but at his question, she shook her head. She swung down from the monkey bars and landed on her feet. "Nah, I was just bored." She admitted. "But now you're here so we can do something fun." She pondered it for a moment. "What sort of games do you like to play?"
