Theodore lazily walked onto the Quidditch Pitch, he was tired but very ready to get started practicing for upcoming games, since they didn't have any games last year because of the Tournament he was sure everyone was ready to get back onto their feet for this. After a bit of discussion with the other Quidditch Co-Captain it was decided that they would hold a practice today for the team and the alternates to make sure they were all ready to play once the season began. Even he needed some practice himself but he was intent to make sure that the Slytherin team did well with the games this year, and the only way to do that was to practice as much as possible while they still could.

Tightening the Gloves on his hands he let his emerald green eyes scan the Pitch carefully, hopefully Hilde or one of the other Quidditch team members would arrive soon because he didn't want to wait all day for them, they had no time to waste with this so he expected them to take this as seriously as possible. The Co-captain crossed his arms over his chest and yawned softly as he waited for the other Captain and his team to arrive to the pitch.

She had no hesitation as she slipped gracefully into her Slytherin Quidditch clothes. She placed a light necklace over her head, draping it down inside her clothes, to rest on her chest. It was the necklace that Liberty had given her for one of her birthdays. And, it was now her good luck charm. She looked at herself in the mirror, her soft platinum-blonde hair falling over her right eye. She half-smiled at herself as she saw those two piercing blue eyes looking up at her. It was time to go and do what she had to do. She turned, grabbing her Nimbus 2001, and walked from the dorm room.

Larissa's feet stepped onto the pitch, one at a time, her head still held high and proud. She raised an eyebrow, very slightly, at the site of Theodore Snow- Someone whom she had not had the time to truly get to know better. Then again, Larissa scarcely had the time for anyone, nowadays. She smiled at him, nodding her welcome. She began doing some small stretches, working up into larger ones. Well, the last thing you wanted to happen, in a game of Quidditch, was to have an accident because of a stupid muscle spasm.

Aleyha changed into her Slytherin Quidditch uniform, and she stared at the mirror at her reflection. Blazing red eyes, white skin, almost white hair with green in it, and a smirk to match the wickedness in her heart. She took her streak into her hand, and her beaters bat, and she was well on her way to the field to practice. Once arriving, she saw only two others. Larissa, a prefect now, and Theodore, her boyfriend. Aleyha watched with a raised eyebrow on how Larissa was stretching, and she shook her head. Aleyha stood her broom up vertical and she leaned against it, swinging the beaters bat around in her gloved fingers. She was quite vicious when it came to being a beater. Aleyha needed to take her anger out on something after all. She smirked at Theodore, but she overall stayed silent. She was ready to practice, but right now, she wanted to bash a Puff's head in with a bludger.

Alyss had changed into her Slytherin Quidditch uniform up in the girls dormitory after reading that Quidditch practice was going to be on this afternoon and had changed immediately after reading the notice. When she had finished changing into her gear, she began heading down the stairs to the pitch, gripping her Sienna Storm broom tightly, a faint smirk on her face.

When she arrived at the pitch, she noticed that Theodore, Larissa and Aleyha were there, she didn't know them personally of course as they were all older than her, but she had heard a lot about them, and she looked up to them, as much as a Slytherin second year could look up to her elders of course. She smiled slightly at them, her eyes glinting in eagerness, ready to prove her worth. Despite being small, she would be an asset to the team and would show them that her height could be an advantage, and it could have her be faster as well. 'Hello.' She said quietly, nodding in acknowledgement at each one of them. As she was waiting, she began slipping on her Quidditch gloves that came with the gear, tightening them carefully as she waited for the others to arrive.

Ally spend her all morning on finding her Quidditch uniform and she couldn't find it, the only piece she saw was her Slytherin Quidditch robe that was hanging on her cabinet and they have a practice today. Its too late to Owl her mom to buy her some uniform and it wouldn't help either that's because its already afternoon and practice will start any minute. Ally grab what was on her cabinet and put it on, putting her robe also for the others not to see what she was wearing under it when she came in at the pitch. She just braise herself from the comments of her teammates, when entering the said pitch, Ally took a school broom and went to greet the others. "Hey, guys." And waved to them, she smiled a little and went to the benches for her to tie her hair that was flying from the spring breeze.

As Keeper of the team, Azerail was hurrying up and getting ready for practice. He slipped on his Quidditch uniform, and he made sure that he did not mess his hair up at the same time. He grabbed his broom and he took off down the lawn after emerging from the dungeons. He glanced at the other teammates and he nodded at them in greeting. At least he was here now, not late...? Azerail didn't think he was late. The only other person really missing from the team was Hilde Lindstrom. It was weird that the last one to arrive was the co-captain. Well, one of them. Theodore was here. Azerail sighed silently, and he said nothing more as he just waited.

Milena heard there was a practice, all though she knew she was a alternate she still insisted to show up. As she entered the Quidditch Pitch she stood there alone waiting for the instructions. There was obviously nothing to seat down or something.

Hilde headed to the pitch for her first practice as Co-Captain, not quite sure what to expect but not wanting to disappoint Professor Styx. She was hoping that Theodore would be in the locker room area to help bring out the equipment, but he was no where to be found. Using her wand, she opened the door to the equipment closet, and pulled out the chest with the Quaffle, Bludgers and Snitch in it and then picked up the bag of extra equipment. She levitated the trunk before tossing the bag over her shoulder and bringing it all out to the pitch. Setting the trunk and bag down in front of the assembled team members, she greeted Theodore with a nod then spoke. "So is everyone here and ready to go? I have all the equipment that we need to practice."

Theodore greeted all the Quidditch members arriving with a soft nod and when Hilde arrived with all the equipment he silently sighed in relief that they could get this thing on the road. He made a mental note to everyone that didn't show up, they may have been alternates but still had a reason to be here and get some practice in with the team just in case they were needed so them not being here when they should be irritated Theodore quite a bit. "Okay, I thank all of you for actually showing up. Hilde and I figured we should get some practice in before the games start so were going to split the team in half as best as we can seeing as some of the alternates failed to show up." Theodore started as he made a mental split in his mind on who should be on what side, they would have an uneven amount of Chasers on one side and as well as only one Seeker to practice since the alternate didn't show up. This was going to be a pain but he figured they would be able to handle however he split it up. Clearing his throat Theodore picked up his beater's bat and held it carefully between his fingers. "Azerail, Hilde, Larissa, and I will be on one half or rather team one. Larissa since your more experience then the other two I hope you don't mind being solo for a bit. Milena, Alyss, Aleyha, and Ally will be on the other side or team two." He figured he had split it up fairly since there was an equal balance on each side for the most part, he felt bad that Hilde had no one to practice against but he trusted her to do her thing. By the point Theodore also had grabbed his broom and was readying himself to get this practice on foot.

"I'm hoping you all know and understand the rules by this point. Any questions? If not then into the air." Theodore asked a bit more calm, he was going to need a seriously long nap after this practice was over but at least so far he seemed to be able to handle the captain position okay. He wanted his team to do well so he was going to help and nudge them as much as he could, he hated losing and he was sure they did as well.

Note: I ask that if you haven't read over the Rules by this point that you do just to make sure we all understand what were doing and everything. To get you used to posting correctly for the next game, we are going to do a mock game using the template that comes up when you post in a game. I'll get the Ball Rolling with Theodore so you can see how it's done if needed.

After Theodore had explained to his team how he wanted them to split and finished answering anything they asked he wasted no time in heading to the center of the pitch, mounting his broom and kicking off into the air like a speeding bullet. Once up into the air he waited for everyone else, once all the Chasers into the Air the Quaffle would be released and the game could begin.

Alyss nodded briefly in the others direction when they arrived, and finishing strapping on her gloves, stuck out her hand for her broom which shot into her hand. Mounting it, she flew up into the air not long after Theodore. She had no questions, and she understood perfectly how to play after watching the others so many times before. She was looking forward to her first match which was coming up soon, but she wasn't going to let that eagerness stop her from performing the best that she could. She was going to prove herself, and that Professor Styx had made the right decision when he chose her to be on the team as Chaser.

She waited patiently for the rest of her team to join her in the air. She understood Theodore's instructions, and she was looking forward to proving her worth in the team. She was ready and she was going to do all it took to win, despite it only being a practice game, but she knew that she couldn't injure the others for their game coming up soon. Her size would hopefully turn out to be an advantage though as she could snake between the players, and come up when they're not expecting her to steal the Quaffle.

Hilde was busy unpacking the equipment as Theodore explained what was going to happen. "I will remain on the ground for a bit, since I don't have a seeker to compete against yet, so I can release the bludgers and quaffle and then when I am ready, the snitch. The practice versions do actually move a bit slower than the game ones do, so I want you to be aware of that! I will also be watching your moves, so if I come over with a suggestion, please take it as that. A suggestion that your captains would like you to follow to make your game better." She stared them down, then grabbed her broom and the trunk and made her way to the center of the pitch to get them ready to release.

Aleyha grabbed her beaters bat, and mounted her purple broom. With a jump, she ascended into the air and she went up to her teammates. She smirked when she hovered in her position, one hand on the handle of her broom and the other gripping her bat. She doubted that she needed to play as a chaser, but she could aim a bludger at some players. To her, this was a game, even though it was practice. Aleyha waited for the bludgers to be released as well as the quaffle. Aleyha glanced over at Alyss and she said, "Care of some of the older chasers. They can be brutal."

Alyss nodded thankfully in Aleyha's direction for her word of advice, and she smiled slightly at it. 'I'll be careful, but I can be brutal too when needed.' She said, sounding like a true Slytherin when she said it. 'But thank you anyway.' She would keep Aleyha's advice in her mind when she played but if she had to, she would be brutal to just be able to prove her worth and that the team would need her if they wanted to win. Despite it being a practice, she was going to treat it like a game and pretend that they were versing the Gryffindors, because that was when she was probably going to be most brutal.

Ally finished tying her hair tightly, her hair shouldn't be the cause of her team losing or else she will buy a tons of hair spray and her hair doesn't like chemical at all. Once Theodore, the captain, explains which of which will be on each team and what to do, once he said to get into the air, Ally took her broom from the ground and mounted it. Let's get this practice a success and no one get's hurt she thought and looked at the stands if her best friend, Lexi, is watching the practice but she wasn't in the Slytherin stands at all. Ally just kicked off the ground and flew into the air, the fine spring air sweep into her face as she gain speed and slowed down once she was in position opposite the other chaser named Alyss.
