talking it out

Sern just gave his brother a usual stone expression as he felt arisa basically shiver with fright within his arms. He held he closer still to him and said in his usual tone to his brother, "Well I can't answer that can I... but im sure you'll start taking bets and keeping track for me". Serns mind had barely thought of aeon's remark. It meant next to nothing to him. They would be together as long as they chose and he thought that they would stay together for at least a while longer.

Kida looked at them and sighed, she kicked her legs up onto the bench and simpley lay down. and looked at the tree shading the flowers. "Does wednesday know" she said looking at them both curiously
 
Sern went even colder then he usually was as he stood there silently with Arisa in his arms. He stood there, mulling things over in his mind. He hated hurting people.. But he couldn't lie.. "No." He whispered so quietly but the voice carried just far enough to catch kida's ears. He looked down slightly to Arisa. She loved him and he loved her. He looked into her eyes for comfort. He hated the thought of hurting someone again. But for Arisa.. he was sure it was worth it. Warmth started to come to him again as he looked at her.
 
Arisa winced again when Kida mentioned Wednesday. Her friend Wednesday, the one who helped her dye her hair for the first time, the one who encouraged her when she had a slight crush on a third year, the one who Arisa was stealing the man of her dreams from. She looked up into his stormy eyes and felt a little better, his eyes had always dazzled her. She began to blush looking at him, this was the first time they had gone public with there relationship. All seemed to be going well, except for the fact that his family was completely grossed out.
 
Kida looked from Sern to Arisa and then back up to the top of the tree. "Well this shall be interesting wont it" she said rolling her eyes. she looked at her hand for a moment and then to Arisa, "i aint going to argue" she sighed as she looked around. she slowly got up and grabbed two flowers plucking them from the garden. she walked over to Sern and Arisa and put on in each of there hair before going back to lieing down on the bench.
 
Aeon looked at the three of them, then shrugged. "So, What now?" He said, sitting down on the grass in a comfy position. "I'm pretty bored and there's nothing much to do, except homework." He continued, rolling his eyes when he said the word homework. There wasn't A single lesson where the professors didn't give them an assignment or essay, It was so annoying really.
 
Sern looked between kida and aeon before murmuring once more in arisa's ear, "would you like to accompany me down to the lake?" He always liked to peace of the lake and he hadn't been down there of late.
 
Arisa was happy, they seemed to be significantly less freaked out. When Sern asked her if she wanted to go to the lake she smiled and nodded her head, "of course". Last time she was there her and Kida had been in a fight and Arisa thought she might like some happy memories of the lake. She looked around at the garden one last time, she frowned as she saw the shredded remains of the rose.
 
"Well Aeon, kida, if you would excuse us" Sern released Arisa to take her hands before moving easily around them. He paused for a moment to look back over his shoulder and say to his brother with a smile "Have fun with your homework". He noticed that his usual strides were much to fast for Arisa and immediately slowed to more comfortable pace for her. He led them down along the winding path to the lakefront.
 
Aeon frowned as the two lovebirds ditched him and Kida, Then rolled his eyes at Sern's comment. "Have fun with Storm." He said quietly so that Sern wouldn't hear.
That Merman would just love to butt in on their privacy, or drag them under. "Well Kida, I guess I'm going to go do my 'homework.' do I'll see you later." Aeon said, getting up and heading back to the castle, no actually intending on doing his homework yet.
 
Arisa smiled as Sern held her hand, "Talk to you later" She said to Kida and Aeon. She was struggling to keep up with Sern when he slowed down for her she squeezed his hand slightly to thank him. They made there was down to the lake front to enjoy some time together[/b]
