[Riley Smith]

Riley Smith Waited in the park just down the road from the new house he had just bought. It was a present to show Adele. As they were now married it meant that they would be living together and he wanted nice family hoe for Lowan to grow up in. Plus any other kids they may have because Riley wanted around three kids. Of course not right now as Lowan wasnt even one years old yet. Riley wanted a house where he had a garden with room to run around.

Wit a heavy sigh the teenager leant back on the bench as he waited. The sun was in the sky and there were few clouds blocking the warmth. He could her bird in the near by trees and he could hear the laughter of children in the play ground just across the grass. He had purposely chose this place because it was so child friendly, the sort of place he would have liked to grow up as a child. He just needed to wait for Adele and see if she liked the place. He wondered what she would say about them meeting here as he had not been here with her before. The thought made him smile slightly

The young lady who was now Adele Smith was heading to meet Riley with Lowan. She wasn't particularly looking forward to it like she usually would. Since she had spent the night with Hadan, Adele had tried to drag out seeing Riley, she didn't want to seem edgy around him, then have him questioning. She just wanted to tell him in her own time.

But seeing as Adele had Lowan with her, she was happy, Lowan had always made things better. Hopefully he would come in handy when she spotted Riley. She didn't know this area of the park very well, she hadn't been here that often before, but Adele couldn't help but smile when she spotted Riley. Inside, she felt dead guilty, as if she didn't deserve his company, but he was so warm, and friendly, that the sight of him always made Adele smile, no matter how she was feeling. Adele placed Lowan on the floor next to her, then crept around the back of the bench, hoping that Riley wouldn't notice her. Without saying a word Adele placed her right hand over Riley's eyes, then moved her left hand round his chest, before kissing his cheek happily. "Mmmmwah. Hello my gorgeous 'Husband." Adele said quietly into his ear, acting happy as she picked Lowan back up, then skipped around to the front of the bench then planted herself sideways onto Riley's lap.

Riley sighed lightly. He was quite content here at the moment. There was just a certain atmosphere here that made him feel happy and at ease. He would have got a house in Europe or somewhere warm but he new the best school in these parts. Although they could move later on again. Riley wanted Lowan to go to Hogwarts Scotland, like he had done. That wasnt for a while yet so he didnt need to worry about that so soon.

A grin crossed his face as he felt a hand cover his eyes. He knew who it was already. He wife and his son. He ran his hand up her arm as she kissed his cheek. "Hey you." He said happily as he watched her come around and sit next to him. Gently he brushed his thumb against Lowans cheek. "Blimey he is looking more and more like me everyday. He will be one sexy bloke when he is older. Merlin better help the girls." He said with a chuckle. "What do you think of this area then?" He asked her curiously.

Adele sighed happily when Riley compared Lowan to himself. "Ohhh Riley you're so vein." Adele said with a little giggle, as she placed the hand that wasn't holding Lowan onto Riley's cheek. "But it's why I love you, and as long as you're mine you can be as vein as you want, 'cause it's the truth." Adele said, moving in to kiss Riley on the lips, then moving away last minute and pecking his cheek. Adele liked to tease.

When Riley asked her what she thought of this place, Adele looked around. "It looks great, and it's clean to, yeah I love it here." Adele said, turning back to face both Riley and Lowan and smiling at them both.

Riley laughed and rolled his eyes. "Yeah I know I am but Im not lying though." He said with a wink. Riley had always liked t joke around Even if e was talking the truth or not. "Well looks like i can be vein for a long long time then eh." He said not leaning in to kiss her. He knew her too well and knew exactly what her next move was going to be. "I know you way too well." He laughed.

Happy to hear that he liked he place Riley changed the subject, he didnt want her to get suspicious of why he was here. "Yeah it is isnt it. But anyway this isnt why i want to met with you again. I thought that now we are married we should talk abut another bit matter. I was wondering if we should move in together now." He said biting his bottom lip.

Adele smiled as Riley suggested that they should move in together. "Riley, of course we should, I mean...I practically live at yours already." Adele said as a cheeky grin spread across her face. She was remembering the conversation she had with Cyndi just the other day. "And I'm sure Cyndi won't miss having the constant kissing noises...but she can look after Lowan any time she likes...especially if he's being stroppy." Adele joked with a laugh.

Adele took a wild guess that Riley had agreed to meet her here because it was near a house that he liked. She knew he was trying to avoid the subject, but it was pretty obvious to Adele. "So, any houses in mind Mister?" Adele said, poking Riley in the chest as she said Mister. "I mean...asking me what I think of places is not an everyday question in the life of Riley." Adele said, as she cuddled Lowan, there was a cold wind about in this time of Spring.

Riley laughed. Grinning widely. He was glad to hear that she wanted to live with him.It was true that she was at his a lot and he was at hers a lot. "Yeah i know. I was thinking of somewhere that is nice for us and good for Lowan." He said with a sigh. "Maybe somewhere abroad." He said swaying the situation from where they were now. "Germany or somewhere. Maybe England." He said. What Adele said next made him laugh out loud. "Yeah im sure that will be something hat she wont miss but you know room mates as good looking as me dont just grow on trees." He said with a grin. He could still remember their fist meet in Makutu mall. He had helped her with her shopping and she had taken her home and said that she needed a room mate. He had been all to happy to take that place.

Riley bit his lip as he guessed tat she knew him well enough to know why he was here. "Maybe." He said with a laugh. It was true, he would never usually ask her a question like that without an actual reason. "You know me too well Adele Smith. Its scary." He said joking with her. Looking as she hugged Lowan.

Adele wasn't sure whether Riley was joking or not when he mentioned about living abroad. So Adele chose to ignore the comment and continue on with the conversation. She laughed when Riley called himself good-looking. She playfully hit him in the chest. "Oy you, just because you're TOTALLY gorgeous it doesn't mean you can brag about it." Adele laughed, acting like an over-excited 13 Year Old girl with her first crush.

Adele giggled at Riley's next comment. "Oh well maybe I do...but that's a good thing right? Especially seeing as I'm going to be living with you and little Lowan here fairly soon." Adele said with a smile. Adele then moved Lowan from her lap, and put him on the bit of bench left next to Riley, where she could see him. "Come here you." She said quietly, turning to face Riley, as she slowly placed her hands on his cheeks, and kissed him on the lips.

Riley laughed at what she said. Of course he noticed how he ignored his comment about moving abroad but that didn't bother him at all, after all it wasn't true. Just him trying to take the light off this place. "Yes it does. You know what the say, if you go flaunt it and baby i have lots to flaunt." He said with a grin. "But you definitely have more that me." He said kissing her cheek. A good looking as he was Riley always saw Adele as the more attractive one in the relationship. That was one of he many reasons why Riley was trying to be loyal. He was actually doing quite well, considering. It had been a few months since he last bedded another woman and for him, that was very good. He also hoped that it would say that way. He knew that Adele deserved a man who would be loyal to her and he was going to be just that.

"Yeah its a good thing. My best friend and wife should know every little thing about me. And you being both of them well that just means your my soul mate." He said with a smile. He knew that she dint know everything about him. She didn't know about what he had done to Ana's uncle. No body rally knew about that and he wasn't about to tell Adele that h had killed a death eater at one point. She would probably go nuts and leave, taking Lowan with her. "Yep fairly soon indeed. I have bought us a house already. Its perfect." He said with a huge grin.

Adele laugh as Riley spoke a saying then giggled. "Hmm I think you have more to flaunt..." Adele joked, contradicting Riley. She couldn't believe it when Riley told her that he had bought them a house. "WOW Really? OHHH I LOVE YOU RILEY SMITH." She said, hugging him tightly then kissing his lips passionately.

Riley laughed along with Adele. He couldn't help but laugh when he did. She had that effect no him. He couldn't not be happy when he was with her. "I can flaunt it more with girls and you can flaunt it more with guys." He said with a playful nudge. Even though he hadn't been with girls in bed for a while he did still flirt a bit, he just knew where the line was a lot better now than he did bfore hand. Something that he wished he had learned earlier. It would have saved him a lot of grief with past lovers and current best friends. Although then again if he had been loyal in the past then he wouldn't have met Adele and he wouldn't have Lowan now and he probably would not have the jobs he had now. Adele and Lowan were his inspiration in life and he didn't even want to think about when he would be with out them in his life.

As he waited a moment for her reaction he grinned widely as she seemed happy about it. He was gad she did. He couldn't get a refund on the building now. "Yup really. And im glad you love me. I love you too." He said kissing her back. He waited until she stopped kissing him before he begun to talk again, catching his breath again first. "Its not far from here. I thought that I would let you look at the area first and see what you though. Its got a play area here as you can see and just down the road from our house is a play school just a ten minute walk is a primary school which he can go too until he starts Hogwarts or where ever we decide to get him educated. Its just if he hoes to Hogwarts New Zealand then I will get to teach him and then i can keep a close eye on him" He had based his decision on buying this house mostly on how well it was for Lowan. He didn't need to worry about high schools in the area because he was going to go to a wizard school and he was going to grow up knowing that he is a wizard so he would have the shock of it in later life. "Soooo do you want to see the house I have gotten for us?" He asked with a huge grin on his face

Adele giggled as Riley rambles on about their new house. The very second he finished speaking Adele began. "OKAY!!! I get it, can we just see this house and move in already?" Adele said excitably with a laugh, jumping off of Riley's lap then taking Riley's hands and pulling him up. "Come On." She said, in a high-pitched, but sweet voice. Adele then turned to Lowan, who was sat smiling to himself on the bench.

"Heyyy aren't you sat there like a good boy...you'll soon grow out of that...if daddy here has anything to do with it..." Adele joked, speaking in a baby's voice. She then picked Lowan up and placed him comfortably into her left arm, then linked Riley's arm into her right arm. "Come On then my gorgeous boys...let's go house-hunting." Adele said, putting a little skip into her step as she began walking. Riley had made her life so much better, and he had helped her through the rough times, but Adele still remembered that at some point she had to tell him about what had happened with Hadan, and she new that the consequences were not going to be good. Riley had tried hard to stop cheating, and now Adele was just throwing it back in his face. She had made a big mistake, but she wasn't letting it show at all, she would tell him in her own time. She knew she was safe, after all, Hadan was married to, he had his other half to think about, he wasn't about to start blabbing.

Riley couldn't help but laugh as his wife said if they could just move in already. Her excitement was good news to him, it also leant that when he did actually see the house that she would be even more happy, something Riley watched her to be most of all. Happy. "Fine since you asked so nicely." He said with a chuckle as he stood up. He sighed as Adele pulled him up. "Calm down dear." He said jokingly. He had never called her that before and he wouldnt be doing it again as he didnt like the sound of it so he wouldnt be saying it again.
"Its not house hunting if i already have the house. Its more house inspecting or something along those lines." He said with a yawn. "Wow im so tired. It unbelievable." He said stretching out his arms as he walked along the path toward their new house. He knew that this new home also signified the start of their new life together. Ever since they had started to see each other Riley had always lived with Cyndi. She had been one of the first people that he had met in New Zealand after he had moved away from his family to start a new life and she had helped him through and through. He knew now that he had no real choice but to live with his new Wife. It would be strange though but he knew it was best after all Cyndi had her new man and they needed privacy ad Riley needed privacy with Adele so this was for the best really.
With a sigh Riley tightened his grip on Adele's hand and looked to his side at her with a loving smile. "Love you." He said to her before turning his living smile into his signature charming smile. "So you know once we get settled in to this house we should get a drink." He said as his drink widened so that you could see his perfect white teeth. He knew that Adele would know what he meant by a 'drink' this had been their little code word since they had started dating and it had just stuck.

Adele happily walked along with Riley, with a little bounce in her step as she looked forward to seeing their new house. "Fine Inspecting." She said, before cheekily sticking her tongue out at Riley. She laughed as she squeezed his hand tightly. She couldn't wait to move in with Riley, and give Lowan the secure home that he needed. The dump that Adele currently lived in wasn't fit for a toddler to grow up in, and moving between to houses gave Lowan no sense of routine. So Adele was glad that the new and young family could actually live together now.

Thoughts of Hadan rushed through Adele's mind as Riley told her that he loved her. Of course Adele loved him back, and she wanted to tell him that, but she needed to tell him about Hadan soon, and Riley wouldn't take all the 'Love You' business once that secret was out. But Adele didn't let this affect her wide smile, and the thoughts were soon forgotten about as Riley mentioned having a drink. She knew exactly what Riley meant by that, and there was no doubt that it would make her forget about everything that had happened with Hadan. For a few hours at least.

"Forget settling into this house, lets just fill the glasses and drink up..." Adele laughed. "But what about this little guy?" Adele asked, handing Lowan to Riley, before laughing at their conversation, then running off, and hiding behind a nearby tree. "Oh Rileyyy..." Adele called, giggling away like a little girl as she waited for Riley and Lowan to find her. She liked to play around everyone now and again.

Riley chuckled and rolled his eyes at her comment, not bothering to answer. It didn't really require a answer so Riley would't waste the time on it. He looked up to the sky. It was a nice shade of blue with one white fluffy cloud. He took a deep breath, enjoying the sweet clean air filling his lungs. He was happy that he was more or less going to be living here of course Adele would be here more than him as he would be in the castle because he teached there.
Laughing at her comment Riley nodded. "You know what, I like that idea more and Lowan is too young to know what we will be doing. just stick him in his cot and he will go to sleep." He said taking hold of his then watching Adele run off behind a tree. He sighed heavily but playfully. Walking over to her and looking at her with one raised eye brow. "Mad." Is all he said before closing his eyes and leaning in and down to kiss her.

Adele wanted to keep things moving on today. If she was busy then she wouldn't have any time to think about Hadan. So Adele smiled cheekily as Riley found her and leaned in to kiss her. She un-expectantly pulled away at the very last second, and dragged Riley by the hand. "Come On, lets have this drink..." Adele said with a laugh, as she dragged Riley along; like a little kid would to it's mother.

In Adele's mind, the sooner she told Riley the better, But 1) She couldn't tell him here, out in the open. And 2) She wanted one last bit of fun alone with Riley before her world fell apart. But Adele wondered if she would be able to keep her mouth shut for that long, and she didn't know whether she could bring herself to even kiss her husband, let alone anything else, whilst she knew that her lips had touched another mans, one who wasn't her own. "So come on...let's get home." Adele said, laughing away as she squeezed Riley's hand tightly.

Riley wondered why he had expected Adele to pull out and drag him away. She did it so often he seemed to always expect it now. He made no attempt to pull h hand away, he just followed her.He knew he would have to lead sooner or later because he was the one who where the house was. He officially had the upper hand right now. "Yes lets. We haven't had a drink in a while." He said smiling, he didn't mind too much he wasn't as needing as he used to be. He had grown up a lot since having a son.
Moving his hand up over Adele and spun her around so he was in front of her. "Yes lets but remember im the one who knows where the house is so I have to lead." He said sticking his tongue out at her. He had got that habit from Cyndi. Se did it a lit and because of the amount of time they had spent together he had just picked it up. "You know tomorrow it will have a whole six months since I was with another woman. Half a year." He said looking over hi shoulder with a proud little smile on his face.

Adele smiled as the couple reached a housing area, they weren't far away now. "No it's been to long, which is why you should hurry up and show me where the house is..." Adele hinted, giggling as she listened to Riley speak. Adele's giggling stopped when Riley mentioned it being six months since her had last cheated on her. That was very good for Riley, but for Adele is made her situation twice as worse, sleeping with Hadan wasn't just cheating now, it was throwing all of Riley's effort not to cheat back in his face, and that made Adele feel bad. But Adele wasn't going to let her feelings show on her face until she was ready to tell Riley the truth, and she wasn't ready yet.

She smiled at Riley as she turned to face him. "And I'm proud of you." She said quietly, putting her hands on either side of his neck, then kissing his lips. She then slid her hands down, and allowed one of them to meet Riley's hand and link with it. "Now Where's This House..." Adele giggled.

Riley chuckled and nodded. "Yeah yeah what ever. Its not far now ok patients is a virtue ok. I would give you some of mine but with a bunch of teenagers to teach I need it all for me" He said a laugh as he walked down the road which their new house was on. It seemed quiet to him, not exactly a bad thing but it was some things he would have to get used to. He didn't think it would take long Riley as good at adapting to new things.
"Good im glad your proud. I thought that you deserve a loyal boy, not to mention i promised you I would be." he said smiling as he stopped outside of the house. He was just off the lawn so Adele could get a better look of the front of the house. "Its here Again referring to the patients quote I said earlier." He joked waiting for her reaction to the house

Adele held back as Riley continued to speak about how loyal he had been to her. She smiled at him before turning her attention the house. "Wow, it's amazing." Adele said, jumping with joy, before turning to face Riley and hugging him. "I Love It Soo Much...Thank You Thank You Thank You...My Gorgeous Gorgeous Gorgeous Boy...Mmmmwahhh." She said, excitedly as she put his hands on his cheeks and kissed him.

It was true, Adele really did love the house, and she still loved Riley more than anything in the world, but the new house was going to make telling Riley about Hadan hurt even more. Riley had just spent his time and money looking for this house, it was obvious he was trying hard and Adele was ashamed that she hadn't told him before now. But Adele was determined to have her last bit of laughter and fun with Riley before she lost the love of her life, her son, and possibly this massive house.

"Come On...let's get inside I love it." Adele said, urging him in. She couldn't hold her terrible secret in much longer.

Adele's reaction to the house made Riley grin widely, like a Cheshire cat. He was so glad that she liked it, he dint know if he could find a better family house than this one which was in his area. Although if Adele wanted it then he would only oblige her with out a second thought, he would do so much more for her with out a second thought. "Im glad you like it." He said kissing her back. "And yeah im your gorgeous boy. All yours and no one else's." He said with a wink.
Riley was truly proud about his record now and if he was honest with himself he felt so much more better about himself because it meant he had more control about his actions than he originally thought and not to mention he knew it would make Adele more happier which would make him happier. She was his world, and so was Lowan.
Taking hold of Adele's hand he led the way up the lawn and towards the front door. As this area had more muggles than wizards, Riley pulled out the door key from his jeans pocket and opened the door revealing the hallway. "Which room do you want to see first?" He asked her with a large smile on his face.

Adele smiled at Riley's comment about him being her gorgeous boy and no-one else's. Which was true...until Adele got around to telling him about her one night stand with Hadan. Then she was pretty sure that her life was going to begin to go rapidly downhill.

She laughed when Riley asked her what room she wanted to see first. It didn't take Adele long to think about that question. She knew the answer straight away, and she hoped that Riley would already the know the answer to that question too. "The Bedroom." She said simply, spotting the stairs then grabbing Riley's hand, to spin him in the right direction. Before letting go, then running up the stairs. "Oh Riley, I'm terribly thirsty, do you think you could show me how I make this thing give me a drink..." Adele joked, knowing that the joke would soon die. Adele was making the most of having Riley whilst she still could.

Riley waited for her answer although knowing her as well as he did he had a very good idea of where she was going to pick. He shifted Lowan to his other arm in one swift move. His arm had been getting a little tired as Lowan was getting heavier and heavier with each passing day.

He smiled as he heard Adele confirm what room he had thought that she would pick. "The bedroom it is then." He said kissing her lips quickly before walking through the hallway and up the stairs towards the bedroom. Placing Lowan in his crib he turned to Adele and kissed her, leading her towards the bed. "You like the room?" He asked with a grin

 

[Adele Smith]

Adele smiled as they entered the bedroom. "Like? I LOVE the room." She said excitably, hoping she'd be able to keep it, when the truth was revealed. Adele got straight to the point and leaned into Riley and started kissing his lips, almost a little too forcefully as she pushed him towards the wall. "I love you Riley." She said, holding back any emotions, as Adele remembered that this was probably going to be the last night she would spend with Riley.

The only emotion Adele would be showing tonight was love and excitement, as she took Riley's hand, and pretty much yanked him over to the bed, as she lay down and waited for him to join her. She hoped she wouldn't have to tell Riley the truth until the morning, but Adele couldn't hold the truth in much longer.

Riley was glad that she liked the room. Riley had designed all the room, they all seemed very modern in design but that was what Riley preferred. Even his room in Cyndi's place was modernized and since he had decorated the place when Cyndi was in a castle and he was there alone the entire place was the same. "I love you too." He said as she kissed his and pushed him against the wall. He wrapped his arms around her and pulled her close to him, kissing her the entire time. He wondered what Adele was feeling to make her so passionate towards him right now, or was it forcing. Which ever it was he didn't care, the end result was the same so why would he question her. He just copied her and kissed her passionately, running his hands all over her.

After a few minutes of kissing Riley turned around so that Adele was against the wall. He put his hands at he bottom of her shirt and pushed it up over her head. Riley may not have been the best husband that Adele could have chosen but when it came to this, he was perfect. He lowered his head and kissed her neck line gently and slowly moved his head doesn't her body. His heart rate increasing Riley could feel himself getting warmer, like the heating had been turned on full blast.[/small]
