Wayne had called Mia to tell her where they would meet for their date. He had picked a restaurant near a beach in New Zealand.
As he sat at their table for two facing the ocean (and later the sunset) he cast a spell and made a fresh bouquet of roses appear at the center of the table.
He stared out at the sea thinking about how far they had come. When he had proposed to her the night of the prom dance at Hogwarts, he had been afraid she would think he was taking things a bit too fast, but she had accpeted, and 1 summer later, they were married. Now, they owned the first all-wizards club, and business was booming. They had all they could ask for, and Wayne had never been happier.
He was pulled out of his reverie by the sound of a distinct pop.
