Today was the day, the biggest day of their lives. The biggest day of anyone's life if you were taking a great big step like the pair were. It didn't come soon enough, but he guessed some things just took more time to happen. A little more patience. A whole lot of love and understanding, he would've waited for an eternity for this day to happen. Thankfully, lucky him, he wouldn't have to wait any longer. She wasn't big on their wedding, her free spirit told him that much. She never really needed a label or paper to tell him how much she loved him. He already knew, the net was cast wide and spread across the ocean. A silly paper was nothing, overtime it would get old and possibly wet or torn. But she finally gave in, and he couldn't be more happier. It was going to be a grand day, he promised her. Dymetris, did as much as preparing with the help of his parents, Kiril, cousins, and his twins. All hands on deck, everyone had their parts sorted. The venue he picked out was small and secluded. It was made for very intimate affair, just his parents and hers. Surrounding family were welcomed, and friends. As everything was finally set up and they were all finally dressed neatly in their clothes, the ceremony began. Dymetris, excited and anxious, stood at the alter waiting for his beautiful bride to show face.

A certain amount of nervousness was to be expected on one's wedding day, but Faxen Lowart was calm and collected without even a shred of anxiousness. Dymetris steadied her and brought her back into balance during her darkest days. When she turned Dymetris' proposal down right after graduation, she had lost herself completely in her immediate regret. The night he found her in the bar, very drunk and alone, he had picked her up and brought her home. He mended her heart and put all of her pieces back together. Why would Faxen have any doubts about marrying the love of her life? Dymetris knew her better than anyone else in the entire world. She loved him.

The brunette smoothed her simple, but perfect dress. It was not a traditional wedding dress, but Faxen was not a traditional bride. It was a simple, intimate ceremony for only family that her dear fiancé had carefully planned to perfection. She took a deep breath and smiled. Her father was not going to walked her down the aisle. He had died when she was so very young. Instead, the twins were going to walk with her. "Come on, my loves. Your papa is waiting for us." she said, kissing the top of Alexei's head, followed by Anastasiya's. The four year olds stood at her side as they all walked down the aisle.

Lukyan stood furthest away from the groom, with his arms locked out in front of him. He was invited, not by the groom or the bride, but his dear sister. Which is why he was the furthest one back from his family. He didn't understand why his nephew was so actively trying to keep him out of his life? He's been a decent uncle, a father figure for so many years and this is how he was rewarded? Shame. The former death eater remained quiet as to appease to his sister. If he didn't have this much self control, there's no telling what Lukyan what have done then and there.

Lukyan crane his neck as the bride made her way down with two small children. Lukyan faked a smile while his date gawked lovingly at them. Lukyan squeezed her hand. It really had been a long time since he saw his nephew. Two kids, and his wife to be manage to look the same? Cute. He would like to see her twenty years from now. Lukyan's attention went back to the front of the ceremony. He would like no more for this to hurry and be done with and personally congratulate his nephew in some form of way.

Happy for his friend, Jeremy stood beside him proudly, ready to fulfill his duty as the best man. It had been a long time coming, but he was glad that they were finally getting it done. Jeremy Thorne had foregone the wizard's robes, happy to don a more casual outfit for the event. Taking a look around, the man knew it wouldn't be long before the ceremony was set to begin. Everything was in its place and looked perfect. And then Faxen and her children were coming down the aisle. Jeremy grinned towards his friend, watching his expression as he finally caught a glimpse of his bride in her dress.

It was a happy day and so, Melina was all smiles despite seeing her father at the most memorable day of her cousin. Dymetris was ready to settle down and marry the love of his life. She hoped they last. Last, as in, their children would grow up with the two of them together. A happy family. Melina didn't want to acknowledge her father's date but, of course, she was introduce to her. Her mother was still the most beautiful for her. Waiting casually with her other cousin beside her, Melina fumble with the stem of her bouquet of flowers until the bride and the twins walked down the aisle. The blonde sigh happily seeing her. She was simple and glowing. Melina wonder if she'll end up walking down the aisle herself someday? Maybe that one day, her mum and dad would act normal and work with each other. She was hoping hard.

Issy couldn't be more proud of her cousin than today. She knows how much he wanted to be with Faxen for a long time now. Officially, legitimately matter to her cousin. Issy stood along side of younger cousin Melina. With everyone, she was present to offer her full support for their small growing family. The ceremony had regrouped the Kozlov's clan as well. There was so much catching up they needed to do, Issy wish for the best outcome throughout the day. For the time being her eyes would dance with amazement and wondrous joy. Faxen looked stunning and the twins were adoring. Issy watched as they escort Faxen down the aisle, eventually meeting Dymetris at the end with his best man. What a day.

Time stood at stand still when she made her way down with their two beautiful children. Dymetris, the veela man, couldn't catch his breath. His lips parted for long without breathing, till she stopped right in front of him. He remembers to breathe again. His twins sharing a genuine smile at their father, then joined his mothers by their side. He admired her beauty, every side of her. He took her hand gently into his. No traditional speaker for them, only witness to validate their ceremony. No one reciting traditional words. None of that is needed. Dymetris spoke straight from the heart. He said what needs to be said, gave it his all. Her loving fingers entwine with his, he kissed them. Then she spoke, and he openly listens. He smiles as the part came to exchange rings. They fitted perfectly nestled in each other's finger. At long last came the part where he swooped in to kiss his beautiful bride. Bringing it all together now, in one sweet tender kiss.
