Agrippina was excited to finally be at Hogwarts. Though she would miss her brother, having him in the same house as her would have been a nightmare. She was glad that Octavian was placed in Gryffindor and not Ravenclaw. That meant that all three of them were in different houses. She knew Acacia would have freaked out if they had all been together. When she and her twin were together, it was hard to get a word in edgewise. Agrippina's creative juices were flowing and she had to get out of the castle and into the daylight. New Zealand was a very beautiful place when you weren't stuck inside all the time and though the castle held its own unique beauty, it was the outdoors that really called to her. She buzzed with the energy she received from just being in a new place. The castle was wonderful, the grounds were amazing and the sky was beautiful. Agrippina knew that she would be very happy here, despite being away from her parents for almost nine months of the year. She would miss them dearly, yes, but this was the opportunity of a life time, how could she let this pass without trying everything?

Into the lawn she went, looking around for anything she could use to create something fabulous. Nature art was her current passion and she liked to make art with fallen sticks, rocks, bits of plant or anything she could find. It was always fun to see how far she could get before she ran out, or before someone noticed what she was doing, because then the game was up. She ducked into the group of trees by the lake and came back out with a bunch of dead sticks in her hand. They looked really good and she knew that if she painted them she could probably make them into a shape, some sort of animal, maybe a driftwood horse! Though she wasn't using driftwood obviously. Or a wolf maybe. Agrippina sat close to the castle, in the grounds and went to work on creating something from nothing, in nature, it was easy, with magic, not so much. Back home her parents often told her to do things using magic, but she found using her hands so much more fun, of course she often did get bored, and then she would use magic. For now though, this was good enough.

Xavier had adored Hogwarts ever since the moment the hat sorted him into Hufflepuff. From the get go Xavier wanted to be paired with one of his brothers and he was glad to be paired with Ares no matter how much he would have loved to share a house with Isaiah. Xavier knew that if he were in Ravenclaw he would have ignored his very nature to discover the castle on his own and chosen to cling to Isaiah like a leech, prodding him for a tour around the castle and the grounds for the sake of spending more time with him. He was glad that this way, with both twins being proud badgers, he was left to his own devices from the beginning and could express his individuality during the day and later share his discoveries to Ares every night before they went to sleep. It was a very fortunate circumstance and Xavier intended to make the most of it which meant exploring the grounds from the crack of dawn until twilight.

Today in particular, Xavier spent the majority of his time wandering aimlessly within the grounds, getting used to the new environment and letting his senses guide him from one place to another. The air in New Zealand smelled colder and more fresh than the humid, dry air in Australia and the plants possessed leaves with deeper and more vibrant shades of green. He could already tell how different the weather was going to be during the year and he was excited to experience it all first hand. As Xavier continued wandering and taking in the brand new sights and sounds he eventually discovered a curious sight of someone sitting on the great lawn, playing with a pile of twigs. It instantly peaked his curiosity so he approached them without hesitation though he chose to introduce himself before outright asking what they were doing. "Hello. I'm Xavier." He knelt down next to her and pointed at the twigs. "What are you doing with those sticks?"
