Having recently graduated, Walter found himself with an abundance of time and nothing much to do. He had begun travelling, just really with a lack of other things to do, that had felt like a good option. He was wondering about, meeting people, having fun, kicking up stuff, just generally handling his life as he always had, with a carelessness. As he wondered about he grew bored and wandered into a store, there wasn't much for him to do during the hours of the day, and as he was wondering around he spotting a blonde haired girl as she slipped something up her sleeve and then walked out of the store. Curious enough the teen followed after, walking out the store and following the behind her for a few metres before clearing his throat, "I believe you just stole something from that store," his american drawl standing out against the other voices surrounding them, "Should've taken something bigger, that would've been more interesting," he taunted with a smirk on his face. He wanted her to think that perhaps he'd been there to drag her back to the store to put back whatever she had taken but he was far more interested in seeing if he could push her to do more.

Astarte Snow found herself in her seventh year at Durmstrang. She had it past her mother, which was a stretch since she was not nearly as violent as her mother either. Astarte forgot why she bothered to transfer but then again, she did not care since she was almost done anyway. Astarte found herself in a small general store along the street, and managed to find out that she forgot her coin purse that held the knuts, sickles and galleons needed to pay for anything. Shame since Astarte really liked that small bracelet. Astarte looked around to see if anyone was looking, and slipped it up her sleeve while tearing off the tag. It wasn’t charmed so it would not scream when she would exit the store. The adrenaline was nice too. Astarte did not even catch that she was being followed, as she slipped the bracelet onto her wrist. After a few meters, she heard a voice with an accent she could not place. Astarte froze in her footsteps, before turning around to see someone was falling her. She hid her wrist behind her back, but then, he taunted her. Astarte looked at her wrist before rolling her green eyes, “If I wanted more than this, I would have taken it. I don’t see you doing anything risky, boy.” Astarte was not about to let herself get caught.

The teen smiled at her, ”Oh really?” he replied almost as if taunting her to take more, but of course she then taunted him, and he was all the more interested. That would be fun. Maybe he should take something. So, he looked at the size of it and smile, ”Okay wait here then,,” he said before walking back and into the store, wandering around until he found a piece bigger than what the girl had taken, and carefully hid it before walking out. Walter casually made his way back to where she was, taking out what he’d taken, ”Maybe you want to have another go?” he teased lightly, hoping that she would. After all, this was the first person he’d run into in a while that was actually interesting, that was actually doing something fun. He smirked at her, hoping that she would rise to it, though maybe they should pick a different store to take from, if only because it would be more difficult to steal a second time, but he’d see if she even wanted to do that. Stealing wasn’t the best past time of course, but Walter didn’t care, had never really cared and this magical place was so far from where he usually was, there was very little risk for him. This girl didn’t seem to care much either, which made this all the more interesting.

This boy was starting to get under her skin. His sheer arrogance that he would taunt her, despite the fact that she taunted him first. Astarte narrowed her eyes at the boy, before he actually went into a store. And, he grabbed something that was even bigger than what she taken. It was definitely something that got on her nerves. How dare he take something that overshadowed hers. However, Astarte was not dumb. She would not take from the same store twice. That would be too risky, even for her. “Not from this one. Let’s see who would have something interesting,” mused Astarte as her green eyes went from store to store. This would have been better had she been in a muggle neighborhood, but this was not the case. She could use the disillusionment charm, but then the item in question would hang in midair. No, she could not use that. Finally, she found the store that would have something better than just little trinkets. “Have it your way,” Astarte shrugged as she entered a potions store. She ducked from the shopkeepers view, and managed to find some potion that she wanted to take. Wolfsbane. She smirked at the price, since it was high dollar. She waited until the shopkeeper was preoccupied with another customer, shifting the other vials of Wolfsbane to the front, and ducking out of the store. She approached the boy with a smirk on her face, taking out the useless potion, “Being a werewolf must suck. They must be ridden with fleas if they can barely afford this junk.” She dropped the vial, the contents smashing all over the ground. “I’m Astarte Snow, by the way,” the pale girl introduced herself.
