Still Searching

"Ha....I don't believe it. I know a change of heart, your just running away....hiding in your own shell." Bellatrix said harsher following her quick movements, suddenly side by side striding with Estrella. Two could play this game and she wasnt going to lose her so easily.

"A shell?" Estrella's laugh was cold as she turned into an empty classroom, hoping to shrug Bella off but in case of a conversation, did not feel like executing it in the corridor. "And I do not believe I am running away from anything."

"Yes a shell! You are most definatly hiding or runing from something. No one, no one goes through drastic mood sh1t like this!" Bellatrix said cutly.

"No one?" Estrella replied, raising an eyebrow. "Maybe I'm just that one person. What are you trying to get at?"

She leaned against a desk casually, smirking back at Bella.

"That I bet I know what happend. Where is Kale? Your dearest that you were joined at the hip with? And how was you dearest family over break? I bet not too cheerful!" Bellatrix said returning her little sneer, hoping she had pin pointed Estrella's annoying behavior.

Estrella's eyes narrowed as Bella brought up Kale, her voice gaining even more venom, "Kale and I haven't been together for some time now."

Inclining her neck just a bit, she replied curtly, "And my summer at home was just fine, thank you very much. Grandfather was rather reasonable. No problems involved."

Bellatrix sneer grew, "If it wasin't such a problem then why did you get so defensive? Besides...you were in love....you won't heal that easilly....your still trying to cope...I can see it in your eyes..." she said smooth and slyly.

Estrella lost her temper easily, and as a result a lamp next to her busted with the force of her power. Clenching her teeth, she retorted angry, "That is none of your business! Why do you care so much?"

"It is mmy business enough! Besides...I care....because I can see you....like a wounded animal on a road...I can help...in the proper situation..."

The red flush in her face cooling down a bit, Estrella retorted furiously, "No, I am not a wounded animal and I do not need anyone's help. I can help myself."

She attempted to leave the classroom, wondering if Bella would stop her.

Estrella narrowed her eyes at Bellatrix. "What path are you talking about? I am not geared down any path." She was not as tall as Bellatrix, but that did not lessen her glare a bit as she tried to push past her again.

Bellatrix continued to block her way. "This path of running away, and hardening your self to anything around you because sh1t happened to you! Deal with it!"

"Don't tell me what I do and don't have to deal with," Estrella snarled, her hand in her wand pocket, pursing her lip as she curled her fingers around the knob of her wand. "And why the hell do you care so much what I do?"

"If you can't produce any substantial answers," Estrella snapped, "Then you might as well get out of my way. Move." Her dark eyes flared challengingly, wondering if Bella was going to do anything.

"You never had the guts to do anything before, what would change it now?" Bellatrix asked returning the same callenging look.

"It hasn't been the same before," Estrella replied, stepping back from Bella and trying to walk around the desks. Normally she wouldn't have a problem with stunning her, but no matter what, she still had her station as a prefect to uphold.

Bellatrix watched her moves sharply, "And what would change it?" she asked truthfully wanting to actually talk to Estrella.

Estrella weaved her way out of the desks, trying to get to the door. "What does it matter? Maybe I don't feel like changing. Maybe I am perfectly okay with the way I am now."

She raised an eyebrow at Bella, wondering why she was so eager to help her. Of course, her suspicion was not thrown off, as she knew that she could not trust the girl so easily.

Estrella looked back at Bella solemnly, and she intoned quietly, her eyes heavy and lidded, "What makes you think that I am anything like you?"

Estrella's eyes narrowed at Bella, stating simply, "I don't need any of this. I don't need an evaluation of my behavior, thank you very much." She moved to the door slowly, quite unsure as to where she was going to go, however.
