Something had been bothering Hoshi for a while now. It wasn't until all the crazyness of Mischief Day that she really started to notice it was bothering her. Hoshi never liked to dwell on things like this but it was bugging her like a splinter in her mind. It was a lovly spring day so Hoshi decided to take tea in the woods. She normally would have done this seeing as she didn't like tea much but it did help her think things though. Impusive by nature, Hoshi didn't like to take to long with any one thought so she didn't often do this.

She brought out a basket with a tea pot and a hot plate that she borrowed from the house elves. It was a bit difficult to walk in the outfit that she had chosen to ware but she thought that if she was going to do this she might as well do it all the way. With her now firey red hair in loops and everything. Hoshi set up the blanket and placed all the things that she would need for the tea beside her on the forest floor.

She poured herself a bit in a cup that was shaped like a flower but solid black and looked around the spot she had chosen to set up her sort of picnic. She like it here dispite the danger. Even Hoshi who was loud and often times thought as obnoxses liked the quite of nature from time to time. She though about the last few days. She had gone though Mischief Day and Halloween more or less unscaved, she had hung out with her friends, skated though Brightstone Village, practiced her Marshal Arts lessons, gone to a few classes, in essence done everything that was normal for Hoshi Koshiba.

Yet she felt like something was missing. Hoshi took sip of her tea thoughtfully. The flowers in her hair russled softly in the passing wind. What could be leaving that empty space? Surely there was nothing missing from her life. Tohoru was having fun with her, her friends got to spend time in her presence, she had pwned the Hampton b1tch yet again. What could possably be missing? The realization hit her just then as she thought of the water colors that she had painted the night after Halloween after being up for two days straight but finding herself uncapable of sleeping for some reason. Hoshi's hands shook so bad that the fragile black cup slipped from her hands, spilling tea on her yukata.

Hoshi realized that even after all he had done to her, all he had put her though. After finally finding the straingth to yell at him to leave her alone. The thought was too horrable in her mind to even be possable. Hoshi's lips barly moved as she voiced had had just come into her head. The whisper was so soft as if trying to keep the secret from herself. "I miss Henric Lee."

[Ok if I post? Will edit if not]

Larissa had been in the library, sleeping on a book about muggle sports.
She had been rudely awoken by Jacob and had decided to find Hoshi.
Larissa had been up to the dorms and the common room, asking where Hoshi was. Eventually, a first year managed to splutter- as Larissa held them by the front of their shirt- that they had seen a girl with bright red hair leaving the castle.
Larissa had immediately set off for the forbidden forest.
If there was one place Hoshi could almost certainly be found, it was there.

Larissa, who was wearing a black top, black trousers and dark shoes, walked silently amongst the trees.
She had no idea how deep Hoshi had walked and so, whipped out her wand just in case.
"Hosh?" Larissa called but not loudly- She was still near the outskirts of the forest and she didn't want any Professors finding her in the forest.

Eventually, Larissa stopped in her tracks.
A girl with fiery red hair dressed in a yukata sat with her back to Larissa.
"Hoshi?" Larissa said, raising her eyebrows. It wasn't the hair colour which shocked Larissa- She was used to the constant rainbow in hair colour- No, it was once she had walked round to look at Hoshi that she noticed the look on her face. Saddness.
"Hoshi!" Larissa said, kneeling down beside her best friend who she had never seen like this.. accept once, "What's wrong? Something happened? Do you need me to beat someone up?" Larissa was everhopeful that Hoshi would ask her to beat someone up.
Larissa reached out a hand to stroke Hoshi's fringe from her face.

Hoshi looked up at Larissa when she put her hand on her fring. Hoshi hesetated for a bit. The only one that she had trusted with anything Lee related was Sam and to some point her teacher and friend Ti. "My mother is in the Witch Weekly's Scadal Sheets again." She blurted out. It was true so it wasn't like she was lying. There was little way that Hoshi would ever admit to anyone that she missed that Mannquen of a person. Hoshi had a hard time believeing it herself.

Hoshi went on. "I mess around in Professor Styx class and get yelled at until my ears start ringing. She gets caught having drunken sex in the back of a Volvo with a German male model and I can't say a thing. Life is so unfair." She said twisting her lips in distaist. This was better in her mind. Hoshi could be mad at her mother for her scadelos life style. Hoshi normally was. That and it took away from the all the Henric busness.

"Oh," Larissa said, her face expressing her surprise.
She didn't read Witch Weekly.. She'd read it once when she had nothing better to do but she thought it a load of drivel.
"Sorry to hear that." Larissa said, being sympathetic.
She sat down with Hoshi. Her blonde-white hair blowing slightly in the gentle breeze.
"Professor Styx is just a moody guy." Larissa said, trying to be a comfort.
"I doubt he likes anyone." Larissa sighed.

Pain regested in her head now from the scalding tea that she had spilled on her lap. She got a napkin from the basket she had brought out here and placed it on her lap. Hoshi was savoring the phycal pain though. It was another distaction though. "I know but still it's fun to mess around in his class just to see what he does. Styx gives off a daingeruse air but all he's done so far is take me up to Professor M's office." She said with a sigh.

Professor M was quickly becomeing one of her favoret teachers even though she offen got introuble and had to see him. Maybe it was because of the talk he had with her after Professor Styx left the office. "I'm angry because Haruhi-san can do anything and Tohoru and I can't say anything about it but she can read us the Riot act everytime we screw up." She said rolling her eyes. She hated the hyprocasy of it all. "Would you like some tea?" She askd point at the hot plate with a black pot on it.

Larissa smiled. She knew that personally she'd love to annoy staff members but she did her best to avoid this for two reasons; House points and her mother's wrath.
"Oh.." Larissa said, taken by surprise, "yes, of course." She smiled at Hoshi.
She'd willingly join in with anything Hoshi did. That was just the way Larissa was.

Hoshi picked up the tea pot and poured it into a new cup she plucked from the basket along with an equaly black saucer. "Sakura. It's the only tea I can stand really. All others taist like dirty water to me." She said placeing the black cup near Larissa then made herself one. "I came out here to think." She said looking up at the gaps in the trees. Hoshi decided to brake down a little to her best Slytherin friend.

"Have you ever lost something and not realized you miss it until much later?" She asked then took an elegent sip of her tea.

Larissa lifted the black cup and took a sip.
She had never tasted anything like this tea but it made her shut her eyes for a moment while she swallowed.
Larissa nodded. She herself often came to the forest to think. It was peaceful.. Well, when there wasn't the risk of centaurs attacking.

Larissa tried another sip of the tea. Her tastebuds rejected it but she still managed to gulp down a little more.
She looked at Hoshi curiously. "Yes," Larissa said, her mind floating to Robert and Libby, "Yes, I have.. I thought Libby was a pain in the butt, I hated her and then she left, Robert left just before and I hadn't been doing great with him.. Then," Larissa said, her tone changing to thoughtful, "I realised that Libby only annoyed me because she tried to stop be getting hurt and Robert was upset with me because I.." Larissa blushed and didn't continue.
She had flirted with Robert's brother at christmas time. Robert had caught her. She had been angry at him. She thought he overreacted.. He hadn't.
"Why?" Larissa said, her eyes re-focussing on Hoshi, "You lost something? Something physical like a broom or something emotional like a relationship?"

Hoshi looked down thinking of where to start. "I don't know if I really lost it because in a sence I never had it. It's a realationship of sorts. I guess you could call it that." She said in a musing voice. She took another sip of her tea. "He's cold and distent, always has been. There are times when his eyes change color though. They are a intence sort of gray that seem like they are boring to your soul reather than looking at just your face. I don't know what I mean to him. Meant to him." She said closing her eyes. She opened them again quickly. She was close to tears and the last thing she wanted to do was cry over Henric... Again.

"I was doing something in the kitchens. He caught me. I got angry because it seemed like he wanted to stop me. I yelled at him to leave me alone. He has. The last few days have been fun Mischief day and such. But I feel like there is something missing in the shadows where I would feel him watching me. I miss him." She let tumble out of her mouth. Hoshi's back was stright, she was sitting properly on her legs, her face was like that of a china doll. The only thing that betrayed the way she was feeling was her eyes which had a fine flim of water over them though Hoshi refused to let her sorrow go any farther than that.

It was a beautiful day outside. The grass in the lawns was all green and the trees were swaying lazily in the light breeze.Birds were singing birdsongs as if celebrating the good weather. The sky was pale blue with a few clouds drifting lazily across it.

Jacob stood at the Entrance hall admiring the beauty of the weather.Spring used to be Jacob's favourite weather but now he had grown accustomed to the cold of the Dungeons common room. What a good taste I had! Jacob thought as he decended the steps and stepped onto the green grass.

It was a shame that now Jacob felt uncomfortable in warm weather and so he disliked staying out on days like these. He couldn't appriciate the natural beauty of the place. It all looked too bright to him because he was used to the gloom of the dungeons, the dark and greenish hue.

Jacob walked lazily in the direction of the lake.He liked to spend time on the Lakefront because it was really peaceful down there. He could sit for hours at a time admiring the scenery of the Lake.It was just the right thing to match the surroundings of the castle and to reflect it.

Drawing in a deep breath,he scanned the surface of the lake to find any ripples made by the Giant Squib who would come to the surface to swim on such days.Unfortunately he saw none. His eyes wandered to the edge of the Forbidden Forest, the scene of many late night wanderings.

He decided to take a walk and come back to relax. He turned arround and walked towards the forest. When he reached the edge he looked behind his shoulder to make sure no one saw him and then proceeded forward.

He had merely taken a few steps when he heard voices.Female voices. He walked in their direction and they grew louder.Finall he stepped out into a clearing where it seemed,Hoshi and Larissa were having a tea party.

"Long time,no see?"he asked Hoshi making his way towards them with a grin.Hoshi was the first person he had met in school and she had become a good friend but then because of his low grades he had submerged into a sea of books and cut himself from socializing.

Larissa tried to give Hoshi a sympathetic smile. It didn't seem to work.
When Hoshi told Larissa, she began to get an idea of this boy might be.
She sighed. She had never been a fan of Henric. He didn't intimidate her- more annoyed her.
The problem was that they seemed to be alike deep down. Larissa didn't want people to know her thoughts and anyone like her could easily guess at her heart's desire.

Larissa recognised Jacob's voice. She shut her eyes for a moment, took a deep breath and decided to play it cool. She didn't want anyone seeing Hoshi without her 'spark'. It wasn't right. Larissa felt so sorry for Hoshi. She attempted to get Jacob's attention as she saw the fine film of water across Hoshi's eyes.
"Hello Jacob," Larissa said cheerfully, "Tea?"

Hoshi collected herself in seconds. No one but Larissa or Sam could see her like this. There was no one that she trusted that as much. The flim was gone and a bright super star smile pulled up on her face. "Hey Jake-kun. Really it's been to long. How are you doing?" She said as cheerly and brightly as if she hadn't been upset a second ago. Hoshi smiled more genuenly at Larissa.

Hoshi could see that she had been trying to help her by distracting Jake. She reached over and started to pour out a cup of tea in one of her black flower cups. "Join us though it my not be much fun. We're talking about silly girl things." She said laughing. Larissa and Hoshi where the last people that anyone would think would be talking about silly girl things.

Jacob grinned even though he had realised that something serious was going on before he interupted. Not wanting to push them to tell him the thing he decided to act like he hadn't noticed."Hello Larissa,Hi Hoshi.I am fine thankyou."he told them in his usual happy manner."Yeah tea would be great."he replied sitting down beside Hoshi.

"And when did the two of you start talking about silly girl things.Aren't you in the Goth Gang?"he asked them refering to a gang which he had heard about and he knew Hoshi was in it.They were the two most un-girlish girls he knew at school.

Larissa coughed loudly.
"Well," Larissa said thoughtfully, "It depends what you class as silly girl things.. We're discussing redecorating our beds. To us that's silly girl stuff." Larissa hoped that this would explain things.
She gave Jacob a smile. "I'm thinking of adding a little.. something to my bannisters.. Maybe some cobwebs.. That might look nice."

Hoshi laughed. "Right to other people it might be the most horrifing thing in the world." She said laughing. "You know I'm getting tired of my modles of the Thirteen Ghosts. Maybe I will get some posters of Queen of the Damned to replace them." She said happely. There was no trace of her sorrows in her voice. There would never be when some one she didn't trust enough to let in on her feelings was in the area. Hoshi poured some tea into the black flower shaped cup and handed it to Jacob. "Hey we are the Goth Gang but that doesn't mean we don't have feminity to us. Lissy-chan here can make a boy fall to his knees when she wants to." Hoshi said laughing.

Larissa smiled at this, showing off her white vampiric teeth.
"Yes, well.." Larissa beamed. "It's in my blood."
She half laughed at this statement.
Larissa ran a hand back through her silvery blonde hair.

Jacob took the tea which Hoshi gave him and sipped it.It was very hot so it didn't taste that good.Jacob decided to let it cool down so that it would not burn his tongue and he could enjoy it's taste."So how are your records of rule breaking or have you cooled off?"he asked with a mischievous grin.He knew for a fact that both the girls weren't law-abiding angels.
