Daniel was in the library for the very first time that year. It was a little sad, actually. Robin did not frequent the library nearly as much as a seventh year should. He wasn't failing any of his classes, yet, so studying wasn't something his brain thought of. Even now he wasn't actually here to study. Since getting into a world of trouble with Batman just a week ago, he had been on her watch-list. The only place he was safe was the library. Robin's nose crinkled slightly as he smelt the unfamiliar smell of book. It wasn't very crowded either, much to his surprise. There were groups of students huddled at tables, all discussing something important. Robin continued to scan the library, looking for something to do, or someone to pick on. But everyone seemed to be in groups, he couldn't get them when they were all in a circle, starting at books and stuff. It was so not fair. Daniel's blue eyes stopped on a lone student. He didn't seem to be doing anything in a group. How weird. Nearly everyone was in a group these days. If someone was alone, they were a target to others. other that were just like Robin and Batman. The guy was pretty cute too. Such a shame that wouldn't save him from having the books on his desk be transfigured. Surely he wasn't studying or something. Who studied these days?! Studying was for those that had nothing to do with their lives. Surely this guy could get out and about and do something more fun? He shrugged and approached the table, taking position against the bookshelf, out of the boy's line of sight.

One by one, Robin transfigured the boy's books into tortoises. They were probably library books, but now they were a miniature army of tortoises on the desk. It was pretty funny. People that saw the tortoises began to laugh as they moved around, some managing to fall on the ground and landing on their shells. Robin approached the boy to observe his reaction better. There were a lot of tortoises. This was probably a good couple of hundred points right here. He'd have to note that down somewhere.

Studying, studying and more studying. Besides classes and sleeping, this was how Corey spent the majority of his day. It would irritate him to no end he wasn't allowed to play sports or join any clubs since transferring from Salem, though in hindsight he would gladly continue if it kept his parents happy. Never mind he had now ran out of things to study and had began repeating himself. The auburn haired boy sighed, pretending to read his copy of intermediate transfiguration for the third time that afternoon. Transfiguration, a subject Corey usually enjoyed had now grown to be just as boring as the others. It wasn't long before his eyes wandered from the pages to a group of students nearby. Corey had never been a jealous person, but to say he didn't envy the other students was a lie. They could spend their time whichever way they wanted, whereas all he could do was go to class, study, eat and sleep. Now isn't the time to feel sorry for yourself! Corey sighed a second time, turning his gaze back to his boo- wait, that isn't a book. He gasped, standing up from his chair. Somehow his book had disappeared and in it's place was a small turtle. Before he had the chance to comprehend such an unexpected turn of events, another one, two, three, four turtles appeared! His books were animals! How would he explain this to mom?! He jumped onto the window sill behind him, a helpless attempt to get away from the creatures. Luckily one of his books was still in tact, and it was this book he threw at the table. By now the other students were already in hoards of laughter, turning Corey's already embarrassed features a deeper shade of crimson.

This would have never happened at Salem, Corey couldn't help but ponder as an older student approached him. Did that guy do all of this? Ruin his books? Embarrass him in front of his peers? Corey's gut instinct told him yes though his need to find good in everybody kept him from bolting out of there. His mind couldn't conjure another reason why the older boy would approach him besides to apologize. Corey expected that much, the guy had ruined his books for Merlin's sake!

ooc: sorry for the wait boo boo

The library was full of laughter, and the seventh year could already see the librarian trying to calm everyone down. There were far too many people in the library for her to control. Some people left with their friends. Obviously, not everyone had his sense of humour. Thankfully, Robin did not really care much for the opinion of others. However, when Daniel looked at the guy to see his reaction, he found that his victim seemed a little... scared? He was lucky he didn't fall out of the window or something. But, how could the guy be scared? They were just little reptiles. It wasn't like they were crocodiles or something, that would be terrifying. They spun around on their shells and were completely innocent. In fact, Daniel found their interactions with the world comical. How anyone could be scared of that spell was a complete mystery to Daniel. He felt a pang of guilt, for a moment. His mission was not to strike fear, it was to be incredibly annoying, and cause the embarrassment of others purely for his own entertainment.

The seventh year pursed his lips and approached the guy innocently, slipping his wand back up his sleeve. He had no idea what he was going to do, since he was not accustomed to actually communicating with the people he would pick on. However, this time this guy actually looked scared. He stopped when a book was thrown at the table, and bounced onto the floor. Why would he throw the book at the adorable little turtles?! He shook his head and scooped the book up. He stood at the other side of the desk and sat down. Robin couldn't help but wonder what Batman would be saying to him right now. This would probably be easier to deal with if he had his best friend with him. "Hey!" he greeted cheerfully. What now? Should he apologise? After a short debate in his head, Daniel returned eye-contact to the strange, apparently frightened younger guy. He had decided to not apologise, not quite yet. He wasn't sorry enough for that. "You're not scared of these guys," he gestured to the turtles, "are you? They won't hurt you. I don't think they eat meat." Sure, he wasn't an expert or something, but he was pretty sure they weren't man eaters or anything.

Sorry for the super terrible reply!
And no problem! :)
