Al wasn't one for dances unless his friends were involved and so he was glad when he'd asked Mia to the dance because she was his friend and right now, his only friend. The hufflepuff finished getting ready in no time and smiled when he arrived to the dance and immediately spotted his Slytherin friend. Alessio knew he could always go to her for anything and she'd be able to cheer him up, so he was thankful she didn't find him too quiet or calm. "Hey," he smiled when he went over to her after battling the nerves he was feeling and relaxed once he was with her. He didn't have to be embarrassed or self-conscious now that he knew she was actually here and did not deny his request to the Valentine's dance. Alessio quirked up an eyebrow when he noticed what Mia was wearing. "You look amazing," he complimented, the smile never leaving his face as he spoke. Maybe he would have a great time at the school after all.

The red haired Slytherin girl was nervous the first time Dan asked her to the Yuleball and the feeling repeated again when Al asked her to the Valentine's Day dance. Maybe she was growing up, thirteen seems the beginning. It took Firmiana the whole day before the dance that night to poach a dress from her closet. It was her emergency dress, suggested by her mum to put in her luggage and it was indeed a life saver because she didn't actually planned to go to the dance but she was asked by a good friend. Finishing the final touch on her hair which she did a dutch braid, Firmiana head down to the Great Hall, her bunny flats looking out of place. But it was cute not to wear. Upon entering, the Slytherin started looking for that dark haired and quiet friend of hers . Only to be found first. "Al?" Surprise in her tone. He looks different but don't say that out loud. You'll just embarrassed yourself Firmiana's subconscious talking endlessly. "I ..." She trailed off, looking down on herself as Al complimented her. "Thank you. You look awesome and ... different. You'll be a girl magnet by the end of the night." Firmiana thanked him while whispering the last sentence. She wants to pinch herself real hard, Firmiana could feel her cheeks burning.
