Special Abilities

OK I know there is a topic for Special Abilities and magical creatures etc. But I can't seem to post under that topic for some reason.

So I was wondering who do we PM our Rp and other info to if we want to apply for a special ability, or can you still PM it to the person mentioned in the topic??

If the topic says to Personal Message it to a specific person *cough*Eva Williams*cough* then do so.
If it were no longer valid, it would have probably been changed.
Also, you cannot post in that section because it's in the rules area which no students can post in.
