Aonghas had thought about sending a rose to ask Katia to the dance with him, but in the end he’d just found her after the roses and invited her with him. It was a little odd, he liked her enough but he knew that as of now, his feelings towards her hadn’t really deepened. Perhaps they had a greater understanding of each other and he liked her as a friend, but their agreement sat looming and he didn’t think he felt that way about her much. Maybe it would come with time. He spotted her already in the hall, the fiery red hair easily spottable amongst the crowd. It helped that Katia carried herself different from others, and it was an air that Aonghas found familiar. He headed over to her and just took the spot next to her. ”Ah’m enjoying tellin’ folk that all ma roses are fae ma future wife,” he said with a little smile at her. He had appreciated the roses, and could easily sympathise with her concerns over which to send, what they really were. It was difficult to know, but he knew despite some early concerns, the more he thought of the future and how frustrated he was by it, he was glad he had her, that he was not alone in it.
