Sixth Years, Lesson Six

Professor Haden was currently busy grading papers and students and preparing for exams. He was working hard on them as the students began to appear, he greeted them warmly, waiting until they'd all arrived before standing up, "Morning all," the professor said brightly. "No lesson for today. So you might as well use this for self-study. Here or the library is fine, but here's a piece of parchment for you to sign on, so I will know who was present and who was absent. I'll be here for the entire lesson, so come to me with questions or if you need any extra help. When the hour is over, you may leave," he told them and with a wave of his wand a parchment landed on the nearest student's desk.

Homework
Attendance post.

Teddy liked the review lessons in the final week, he showed up and signed his name to say he was present. Once he'd done that, he packed up and left the classroom for the library. He was hoping that he'd find Hugo there to study together.

Dominic couldn't believe it was his last week of lessons. He had been enjoying his classes and quidditch so much that he had lost track of the time. He hoped that this last week wouldn’t be too bad and that the professors would allow them to simply study rather than learn some new material with not much time left to go. As Dominic entered the charms classroom, he was thankful that the professor was just letting them do that. He practiced the Disillusionment charm, despite the yucky feeling it gave him, and he also practiced the hover charm and the flame freezing charm as he felt those were the hardest. He then left the classroom at the end of the lesson, positive that he was going to do well in his charms exams.

Dante Styx walked in the Charms classroom once again. He sat down and waited for the other sixth years. He looked over at Teddy and almost glared. Boy could hold a grudge. They were informed that they would be using this for studying. He got up and left to go study in the library. He just did not want to run into Enoch there because he remembered that fight a few years ago. He was sure that Enoch still hated him. It was sort of mutual anyway.

Revision lessons were always welcome, in Lucy's opinion. She signed the sheet but decided to stay and study there. It wasn't a bad classroom, after all. Lucy did her studies diligently, only getting distracted a few times, before the lesson drew to a close. She packed up her things and hoped she'd gotten closer to knowing what she needed to for the exam.

Veronica was thrilled to hear that there would be no lesson for charms, as it would give her more time to study for her Care of Magical Creatures exam. She grabbed her bag, which had barely touched the floor, and headed out of class after being in the room for only a matter of minutes, having signed her name on the attendance form.

When Aura realised they didn’t have to stay in the class room, she sighed in relief. “Best news I’ve had all morning,” she muttered lightly to herself before she noticed Dante slipping out. She quickly followed after him, intending to catch him up in the library - or wherever else he might be going.

Millie knew before she walked into Professor Haden’s classroom that she would be studying in the library if she were given the chance, which she was. She quickly signed the parchment on his desk to confirm her attendance and made her way out of the classroom.
