Shy Rose

Leila Walden took her duties as a rose deliverer very seriously. Dressed in a flower crown and armed with her roses in tow she made her way to the Hufflepuff table in the Great Hall and looked for her pink haired friend. Wherever Geo was, it was often the case that Vil was with her too. The girl was still new to the IC group and Leila didn't know her that well, even now. "Hey Vil, you have a rose!"

Vilhelmine was eating breakfast as she usually did - quietly, and without making conversation - when suddenly Leila appeared at the table, arms full of multi-coloured roses. Vil looked down quickly, pretending to be engrossed in her breakfast. There was only one person the Hufflepuff really wanted to receive a rose from, and she was pretty certain it wasn't going to happen. But when Leila said her name, Vil dropped her toast and practically launched herself at the Gryffindor, remembering her manners only at the last second. She swallowed and cleared her throat. "May I see it?"
