Second Years Lesson Six

Mallory couldn’t believe that the year had flown by so quickly. She smiled warmly as her students came into the classroom, and once everyone was seated, Mallory stood. “Hello again, my darlings. This is our final lesson of the semester before the exams. Today I would just like you to review what we’ve learned, and come to me if you have any questions about anything. Before we begin, however,” she tucked her hair behind her ear. “I would like to tell you that it has been an absolute pleasure teaching all of you this year. I have seen such remarkable improvements in all of your work. You are all growing into remarkable young witches and wizards.” Mallory smiled and moved back to her desk. “Go on, my dears, I’m here if you need anything.”

It was the last lesson of Charms before the exam and Lilith had mixed feelings about it. In one hand yeah she was glad exams were almost her because that meant she'd have Transfiguration soon, it was after all her favourite class. Taking a seat the Ravenclaw followed her current professor with keen eyes as she told them today's objective, to revise basically. Giving a small smile at the woman's encouraging words Lilith got to reading her notes and making some corrections and additional ones while also going through her book for anything she might have missed.

As soon as the professor once again addressed them as "my darlings," Sayuri knew she didn't want to stay in this classroom any longer than she had to. She was already adept at most of the spells and had managed to cast them successfully in class. If she needed to practice more, she would rather practice it anywhere else. "I'm not staying here, wanna practice elsewhere?" she told her brother. She left the classroom as soon as they were left to their devices to practice.
