Charlie was lost in thought, wondering about the upcoming event. He paused as he noticed a familiar face, and offered a shy smile. "Hi... Bern, right?" Charlie remembered meeting the boy before. "Can I sit with you?" He asked on impulse.

Bern becomes happy when someone approaches him, yes please can you seat at my side, and thanks to you I have someone to talk to now.

Charlie smiled as the boy said he could, and sat down next to him. "My name is Charlie. We met in first year, I'm not sure if you remember me?" he introduced himself with a shy smile.

Charlie smiled, relieved that Bern remembered him. He was surprised to hear the other boy was looking for a date, and nodded quickly. "Oh, maybe I can go with you?" He offered. "I don't have any plans. It could be fun?"

Charlie smiled shyly at Bern's question, shrugging. "I've never actually been on a date before, but you're cute, and nice. I think it could be fun," he told Bern. He had never really thought about dating, but he wasn't against the idea of going on a date with another boy.
