OK so what are the rules for HS/Durmstrang pupils buying items?

And what are the rules if someone buys an item for them?

Cecily had asked me this on your behalf and I had given her an answer which she has already or intends to pass on to all shopkeepers.
HS students who receive/buy items, all info is to be given to Cecily (marked as HS people) and then she will post it on HS for them to deal with. Shopkeepers can add the galleons to their own vault and assume the rest is taken care of.
Durmstrang students can buy things like regular HNZ students, and their vaults will be set up similarly. PM Griphook and request he set up a Durmstrang student with a Gringotts account if they don't already have one (preferably in the Wizarding World vaults section) they should only be allotted about 200 galleons, as they're only around for Y5.
