Rose for Zoe!

Fourteen. He turned fourteen today, which he thought was funny because it was the fourteenth today. However, he would have to put the thought of opening presents from his parents and friends out of his head, as delivering the flowers in his bucket were more important at the moment. ''ZOE HARKNESS, I AM LOOKING FOR ZOE HARKNESS!'' Tomas shouted, looking up and down the Gryffindor table. He didn't know if Zoe was actually here right now but hoped she was.

Zoe looked up and stared at the Gryffindor that was raising his voice as he called her name. She grinned and skipped over to him, excited to receive her second rose. She wondered who it was from.
It is me! Zoe announced. Zoe Harkness.

He smiled brightly when a younger Gryffindor answered his him and handed her the rose once she stood in front of him.

Zoe accepted the rose and then read the note, with a smile growing on her face. Her eyes immediately searched for the Ravenclaw who had sent it, before giving her a big grin. Roses are very pretty, she thought. She then wished that she had made the effort to send a rose to Kira back - but she had been too late. She would definitely try harder next time, though.
