Artemis Pourroulis did not really have much planned for the day. The semester was only at the beginning, and although some classes already handed out assignments and reading to do, Artemis had already gotten through with those tasks for this week and was moving on to the fun part of her school life. She never liked to do things ahead, she preferred the thrill of getting it all done in a shorter amount of time. It gave her a sense of adrenaline and plus, she always worked well under pressure. It was the main reason why she (normally) did well in a lot of her subjects. Artemis decided that even though she was almost done with her first year at Hogwarts she still had some places she would like to explore. Maybe, she could find one of her few friends she had made in first semester and she could convince them to tag along. It was more fun when more people were with her, after all. But then adventuring was never boring in itself, even if she was by herself.

Artemis didn’t get very far when it happened. Of course, she didn't mean to. Somehow sometimes trouble seemed to find her. She gasped at the realisation of what she'd done - the statue that had been upright, the one she had accidentally bumped into, was now on the floor, and what was worse, it was broken. Artemis was horrified. Then, after a split second, she began to laugh, laugh so much she wouldn’t be surprised if people on the next floor could hear her cackles. Surely, there was a way she could fix the statue, or make a replica? She was living in a world full of magic, after all. She couldn’t get into so much trouble for this, could she?

Abian was both excited and nervous about the current semester. So much of the magical world was still foreign to him, and he definitely could use some new information. But having new classes also meant new ways to fail in them. So far he liked his new classes a bit, but he already knew he would never remember all those names they were learning in Astronomy. The boy was on his way to the great hall, not really because he was hungry but because he hoped to run into some people he knew. He had made quite a few friends already, and would like to find one of them to spend some time with. He had nothing against being a Hufflepuff, but it seemed like most of his friends ended up being from different houses.

He was crossing through the great hall when he heard a lot of noise. He spun around and spotted a girl he vaguely recognized standing next to a broken statue. By the horrified look on her face, it was easy to see what had happened. Abian forgot his intention to head to the great hall and jogged over to her, a concerned look on his face. That look of concern only grew when the girl started to laugh. Was she okay? He wondered if she had hit her head. "Uh, are you hurt?" He asked her, taking in the situation. "Or... did you do that on purpose?" The laughter was confusing him, as he was starting to wonder if maybe this was part of some prank.

Luna felt like she was someone how falling behind which didn't sit right with her, nor her family. She was mortified that she was falling behind so soon, who fell behind in first year? Luna didn't know what had her so distracted but for some reason she just couldn't concentrate in or out of class. The first year found herself spending most of her free time aimlessly wondering the castle which was what she was doing when she wondered through the entrance hall and saw a girl she recognised though she couldn't place where from. She was looking at a broken statue.

Deciding to hang back for a moment Luna noticed a boy walk over to the girl to ask if she was okay and ask if she had broken the statue on purpose. So the girl broke it, that could be interesting. "It was an ugly statue it had it coming," Luna said casually as she approached the pair having grown bored of observing. "Seriously though, what happened?" Luna asked trying to keep her tone light so it didn't sound she was accusing the girl.
