As much as she tried to focus, Lucy was distracted by the rest of the team as the practice got underway. She was proud to have a group who had made it to the finals and Gryffindor hadn't really been tough opponents for a while, but they would still have to make sure they were bringing their best. She was pleased not to be disappointed, especially surprised by their new recruits. Lililth and Magdalene were really proving themselves - Maggie in a particularly direct way, as Lucy failed to get out of the way of a bludger in time. Wincing as she took the hit on the thigh, Lucy gave the younger girl a thumbs up before turning to try and get her head into the game properly.
